There was live music both nights of our stay which went on until 10pm. The band being in the garden meant it was very loud in our room, even with the windows closed it was hard to even hear the TV over the music. We were trying to get early night but sleep was impossible until it ended. A room on the other side would probably have been quieter. TV has limited choice of channels. Rooms a little dated but it is an older property so we didn't mind this.

Stayed here for two nights. Had a garden view room overlooking the pool. Staff quite friendly, food good, nice breakfast, really good large pool. Good location for downtown, about a 10 minute walk to the mall / car free zone. Arranged airport transfer through the hotel which went smoothly, driver was waiting for us on arrival into airport which was nice. Fast WiFi.

The poor Internet connexion in my room. The wifi signal was not speed. So I suggest reinforcing the Internet connexion to cover all rooms with the strongest signal.

Live music outside penetrated the room in the evenings until 22:00. To avoid, ask foe a room not overlooking the pool.

sometimes at night the loud noise coming from the bar area and clubbing disturbs when one is trying to sleep. also breakfast menu can be improved on.

Some stuff had no upto date information or rather not informed at all about specific issues, which was kind of conflicting to us as visitors, for example the opening hours of the pool. One said 24hours for in-house visitors another said 7am to 7pm daily🤦‍♀️..Not good at all, please stay aligned!! Empty fridge in the room, having to personally ask for daily room drinking water, decided to buy several and stock our fridge.

The food was great..fresh.. tasty and pleasantly served. Breakfast quite a choice!! The place was clean, and i love clean spaces. The staff proffessional and friendly. The surrounding is so calm, awesome and so serene. The daily karaoke👌🏼

It's a bit of a walk through the car park to get to the local mall. Maybe offer a SIM card collection point closer to the hotel.

There was live entertainment on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Saturday/Sunday afternoon. This added a nice vibe but the music was very audible from the room I was staying in (which overlooked the garden area); although it did stop by 10pm. I was working whilst staying at the hotel and sometimes the music was quite distracting. Perhaps if you were there on holiday this would be less of an issue.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in the main lobby area, and has lovely outdoor spaces with a large pool and garden area. The restaurant offers great food and has a very nice ambience. The breakfast is also great. The hotel is very well located and staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the hotel feels very safe.

While the hotel was nice - we felt it was overpriced for what it was, and everything you looked to arrange through the hotel (tours / transport) was all extortionately priced. If you walked out the hotel front & arranged a taxi yourself, it would be 1/3 of the price. Overall though, we felt that Rwanda was very expensive so the hotel room cost could simply be a reflection of the area. Also, check the amount they charge you when you checkout! We booked through booking.com with a 10% genious discount, and they tried charging me full price during checkout. It took 15 minutes of standing at the counter & showing them my booking details before they relented (like there was any other choice) before they changed the invoice to the correct amount. Would we stay again? probably not

Luxury accomodation in a central location in Kigali. Rooms were spacious, hot water shower & wifi worked great. Heaps of restaurants nearby & tourist attractions within walking distance. Neighbourhood seemed safe with lots of security around. Live music & performances each evening which, if you have a garden room, you can watch from your balcony.
