Very clean rooms and the bathroom. Hot shower with good water pressure. Fast WiFi. Tasty but small breakfast. Nice service, good location close to the city centre and nice restaurants and shops.

The staff are very helpful. Guesthouse well located in Musanze town. Full breakfast very tasty, perfect before starting off a long day hike. It was a pleasant stay for an affordable price

Water pressure was not good. One staff had a problem because we got our own driver instead of using one recommended by the guest house, but it all turned out fine in the end.

The location was great, in the middle of town. Overall the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. They even prepared breakfast early before gorilla tracking and and different times for group when we weren't all doing the same schedule.

The stuff is great. Gaspin is the welcoming heart of the guesthouse. He is always so attentive, helpfull and carrying about his guests, trying to do everything for them to have a great stay.

The walls of the room are quiet thin what makes it a bit noisy if people arrive late, leave early...

The guesthouse is really cosy, the staff amazing, breakfast delicious, wifi perfect and it is located in the center of Ruhengeri. We really enjoyed our stay and felt especially at home thanks to our host Jospin.

- hot water on 1 hour long request, water pressure for shower on another request - quite noisy area in the morning especially - only one electric plug in a room which does not work well (cable falling out) - no towels - you have to always ring a bell to get inside the property and wait for the staff to open (who might be busy), that can be unpleasant for someone (ladies especially) waiting outside in the evening

The accommodation itself is exactly what you can expect for this price: nothing too fancy. It’s basic, but clean and has everything you need.

It’s located near by the busstation and a lot of restaurants, shops and ATM’s. Which was very convenient. But the best thing was Thomas, who runs everything at the guest house. He’s a great guy and very helpful. I would also like to give a special mention to Sweety, who is truly the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet.

The bathroom door was broken and could not close, there was no water in the shower but sitting in the bathtub you could take a cold shower even though the water wasn't coming out verry strongly .

Breakfast was Nice and we could even get it verry early before leaving for our trip to mount bisoke. At request, lunch was also prepared in lunchpackages to take on the trip. Staf was verry friendly and helpfull.

Staff makes an extra effort for you to feel welcome, e.g. by accompanying you to the ATM in town or to the restaurant for take-away. Decent breakfast, clean room
