It's my second time at the Downtown Kigali. I enjoyed my stay and would book it again. The brekafast and the view from the restaurant is great. Personally i prefer the rooms on the higher floors.

During my stay, everything that needs to me place was available. Please update the TV stations to show English movie channels.

The breakfast and dinner arrangements were great. However, the following staff made it even more interesting during my visit with my colleagues: 1. Assumpta Claire 2. Berthilde 3. Mukabarisa Clementine Not forgetting our transportation coordinator (Schalom), who handled the day to day movement for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. No mosquitoes and the staff were very helpful and courteous. An exceptional shout out to the cleaning staff Gescens who was quite gracious.

No replacement of coolant in the water fans thus did not get optimal value for using the fans.

Breakfast was adequate and fantastic always. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help. House keeping was well done by Joseph throughout my stay. He has a nice personality.

The rooms can use some updating. I didn't like being scanned every time I entered the hotel. Although this happens in every town in Rwanda, I'm not too fond of it.

The room was quite quaint. It's a good hotel for an emergency stay or a quick stay.

The ladies I met at the spa need to be trained on customer service. They didn't know the cost of the different massages nor of the herbs on sale. They could also try a smile or too.

The location was central, the hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, eager to help and to ensure a good stay for guest. Breakfast was varied, and there were good choices of food. The breakfast lobby, too, was ambient. Lift was fast. My room was large, supplies were restocked everyday , bedsheets changed, and towels replaced. Hot water ran without delay and they supplied shower caps in the bathroom! The guys at the bar were a vibe. I forgot their names but they were great conversationalists and taught me a lot about the traditional cuisine.

Clean, good quality rooms exactly as shown in pictures. Helpful staff. Breakfast (and Bamboo restaurant generally) is very good. Located in downtown area so decent places around to eat and can easily get Yegomoto to go around. Not expensive considering facilities. Reception can arrange activities too.

I stayed 3 times here and in 2 out of 3 cases I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, so taking a star down for this. Otherwise super happy with the hotel, rooms are actually very clean and staff are working hard to make sure your stay is good.

Perfect location, great value for money, super friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Nelly and Sabrine from reception, as well as driver Claver). Good restaurant with extensive menu on the premises (with room service), airport pick up and drop off.

The property is relatively old and the breakfast menu need to be enhanced. There was a mistake in the airport pick up and had to take the taxi airport.

The hotel is in centered location and the staff are very helpful. The property is in the shopping center so everything you need is walking distance.
