I liked practically EVERYTHING: 1. We arrived about 4 hours before the announced check-in time (15:00), we asked at the reception: can we use their parking for free? We were kindly answered: yes, of course! 2. We asked the guy at the reception when is the earliest time we can check in and entre the room? He answered us: Come at 13:00! For which we are very grateful. 3. We had booked a room for 3. As in the room, apart from the 2 beds, there was only a non-folding sofa, the staff had arranged for us an additional 3rd bed with all the comforts and accessories. 4. The room was huge with lovely beds and pillows. Perfectly clean room. The TV was mounted on a hidden axis allowing it to rotate 360 degrees, allowing it to be viewed from anywhere in the room. 5. The bathroom was perfectly clean with an original glass partition. 6. The restaurant is situated dt a huge, very beautiful hall. 7. The breakfast is very tasty, with a rich and varied menu, and the waiters tried extremely hard to make everything pleasant and in order! 8. I can only praise the hosts to say if you have a trip to Craiova you will be delighted with the hotel!

The hotel staff was friendly and ready to help. Rooms are more than ok , offering all the confort needed. Parking place in front of the hotel is big enough, one free place can be found even for late arrivals . Breakfast is at the right level.

Room temperature was too high. Air condition didnt cool the room to 21 deg in winter. Instead it was heated to 26 deg.

Breakfast and dinner are very good, Gym is ok.

The breakfast options were a bit limited and very basic, compared to other 4 star hotels.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was free and lots of spaces to choose from. Easy to walk into the Old City center and plenty of options to enjoy at the Hotel Bar.

The fitness could be equipped a bit better, but a basic training and cardio can be done.

Very good choice for a stay in Craiova, there is spacious free parking in front of the hotel, making it very convenient for business stay. There is fitness, pool and sauna for free usage of the guests, which is perfect service! Overall very good experience and up to the Ramada level.

The temperature inside the room was very high and could not be adjusted by the thermostat. The solution provided by the staff was to open the windows, however unfortunately that did not help throughout the night and so we didn't rest very well.

Everything was as advertised, although I did not try out the pool or the spa. Good breakfast with veggie options, quiet and spacious rooms, parking available and really helpful staff.

Parking was full which is fine. However, we were not allowed even to drop off our luggage and as a result we had to drag 2 suitcases and backpacks across the neighbourhood- we managed to park 1.4 km away from the hotel so we walked the distance fully loaded.. Our room had towels only for one person though the reservation was for two. Restaurant couldn’t accommodate all the people in the morning for breakfast. Most of the staff is far from polite. We have been to the same hotel in Bucharest,but it was so much better!

THE PRICE. THIS WAS THE HIGHEST PRICE FOR RAMADA CHAIN WHICH I EVER PAID IN EUROPE. 165 EURO PER DOUBLE ROOM WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED WAS TWICE MORE THAN I PAID FOR A SIMILAR ROOM IN MUNICH AND VIENNA!!!

Excelent location compared with the previous hotel with the same location. The high price for one night was counterbalanced by the persons inside who made all the best to feel confortable. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to mister Denis and Miss Lucie from the restaurant. They made us to feel wonderful during dinner and breakfast!

Maybe just a few more vegetarian options for breakfast.

A spoacious room and well maintained. Clean and had all the required amenities. The best part was the Gym and the Spa. Loved it absolutely. The front office people as also restaurant staff were very helpful and polite.

The room was booked for 3 adults and one of us had to sleep on a folding bed. The swimming pool is very small and when we decided to visit, it was full of families and small children splashing water everywhere and shouting. There were not enough chaise longs and we had to leave. On Sunday morning there are swimming lessons and the hotel guests are not allowed to use the pool.

The room is spacious, comfortable and warm.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Actually we booked this hotel especially for its location.

The parking in front of the hotel was full, however, you can use a public one nearby.
