Breakfast was chaos. They ran out of bread by 9 o clock and they didn't bring any until almost half an hour later, there were no cups and coffee left, there was not much diversity in gems or fruit. The jacuzzi is NOT for kids. Staff should kindky ask parents to use only the pool with their kids. One small bathtub with screaming children along with their water toys is not what one can call relaxation. Also, one sauna didn't work.

Clean, big rooms. Very good location. The a la carte menu was good. The receptionist was very friendly.

Old bathroom in the room - would require some renovation. The food and the cocktails in the restaurant are medium(except for the dessert which is great).

Renovated lobby and restaurant. Very good breakfast. The best papanasi and icecream we ate lately - totally recommended. Big room.

Had a bad experience with 'A la carte' menu, the food was not well cooked and was below expectations.

Deep pool, not good for children that can’t swim, smelled a lot of cloride. The breakfast could use better quality food. Also after 2 dinners the children started vomiting. Could have been the food or the pool…very small bathroom very oudated and fungus.

Unfortunately, very dirty. The elevator, the hall and the room were very dirty. For 3 days nobody entered in our room to clean it or to change the towels. The balcony was very dirty and we needed in the first day to improvise an ashtray, after that we bought one. For this sum of money, it should be much better.

We appreciated the staff, free parking, free pool and the breakfast is incredible good. Per total this side of staying was very good. They also helped me with a special surprise.

The bathroom was not as clean as you would expect from a 4 star hotel and needs to be refurbished. The room is big however the bed is really small. The dining area also needs to be redone. Small pieces from the ceiling were lying on the floor...for some time. Overall it wasn't a great experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed was too narrow and in the bathroom was smelling like sewage (and without ventilation).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the food was exceptional and the property is very beautiful.

Upon arrival at the reception, the staff was not in its best shape. We arrive around 1pm and find out that check-in starts at 4pm (it was true, I hadn't read, however I checked all the previous reservations on Booking, they are a few, the latest check-in was at 15:00). And the check-in time would not be the problem, but the fact that from the reception "I was scolded" for not having read and more that I am on the waiting list at position 20+. WOW Great thank you! The reality was: Around 15:30 we were called that we could check in and from there the stay was very good (the rest of the interactions, the food, the facilities like for all of them). But, you see how a small interaction can leave an unwanted stain on a beautiful experience. In a parallel universe, the reaction would have been like this: “we are sorry that you omitted the detail related to the check-in time, please leave us your phone number and we promise that as soon as a room is released we will contact you” and for excellence, a skilled staff would have noticed when I handed him my ID that it was my birthday BUT that already has a lot to do with a customer-oriented mindset, which to be honest it’s very hard to find in the eastern europe.

Hotel met all our expectations.

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Warm water In swimming pool which was of generous size. Diverse breakfast- anything for everyone. Very polite and willing to serve personal, which is not for granted. Quiet during the night although full hotel.

The restaurant wasn’t good, neither the services nor the food, which is a pity. There is plenty of staff, but maybe not well enough managed.

Nice design and decorations, room is comfy, swimming pool and the entire spa area are good, with nicely warmed water and the breakfast provides good option
