the hotel needs some upgrades in terms of funiture, it was quite old. food was tasty, but there were limited choices. I think they could offer more alternatives.

The hotel is updated but still has the last century's vibe. The furniture in the rooms is functional but not what I expected from a 4 star hotel in 2022.

We had a good experience and warmly recommend this place. Everything is clean and tidy and the Spa facilities are modern and well kept. We had a good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant (open buffet).

Can’t be named spa…1 swimming pool with cold water, and one small pool with mineral water( hot and nice), I didn’t find the sauna. no other relaxing room. Noisy spa and unorganized, men were crossing through women spaces, tiles were slippery, water from tiles was vacuumed noisily occasionally. Food wasn’t diverse and fresh, all vegetables were frozen.

Breakfast and dinner was pretty bad, hotel is pretty old and spa area even with low occupancy was crowded.

The parking places are not enough even the hotel has more space that they can use for parking ! In fact the parking is organised very bad, half is not proper and is not good for tourists !!! They keep so more empty space for administrative tasks where should be parking places for tourists, after they stop for a while in front of the hotel. Too noisy thermic unit ! All night it starts and stops ... Only few programs at TV and complicated way to select them !

Swiming pool and thermal pool are great. Food was enough and good. Also wine ! Everything clean and nice inside hotel.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel taking in consideration the food, the services, the facilities.

.I don't even know where to begin. First of all, this hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all! We had better experience at 2 star hotels then here. Overall experience really bad! The room that we had was very small. The so called "air condition" was a joke that did not work properly and all day and night there were around 30-32 degrees in the room so we could not sleep well. There are 2 indoor pools and one outdoor. The outdoor one is an extremely small size and overcrowded. Beside the fact that you need to climb 6 store high stairs to get to the pool, you don't have any kind of services there. You cannot have a drink or smth. The indoor pools are ok if you don't mind that they are crowded. The food was nowhere near a 4 star service. We were served bad cantina food. Even though they are rated as 4 stars, you cannot order any kind of food beside the one that is being served at a price of 55ron that is really higy price for ths type of served food. The food is tastless and you don't have a fair variety. There is no possibility to order something else to eat or drink. They have a terrace/outdoor place (which by the way, is ths only place where you can smoke) where again, you cannot order a drink or food or anything. The road until there is also a 10-15km messed up road.. So to sum it up: the place is outdated, overpriced, overvalued and you have a feeling that you are in a 1980 communist place. Would not recommend it at all.

There is not much to like about this place.
