We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MauritiusUnfortunately the option"Ocean View" of my room was not nice. It was more a "technical area view". So no real added value to pay more. It was the second time this year I stayed at Radisson. Both time there was a water pression issue in the bathroom . No parking available for time being...

FranceWe chose an ocean view room as opposed to an inner view room, we did see the ocean, but through the rooftop in front of our window with all the air-conditioning units! We did ask to change room, but the hotel was full, but for our last night it was fine. Breakfast was disappointing - not a great choice and average quality for a four star establishment. For example the sausages were inedible, scrambled eggs were like a soup and very dry croissants.
We chose the hotel so that we didn't have to drive too far the next day to leave as we had an evening flight. The hotel organised a late check-out which was great so that we could enjoy our last day. Nice large swimming pool.

MadagascarA few teething problems. Much prefer small bottles of shampoo etc to large cannisters that spray all over the place. Small bottles have much more of a personal touch. It was also irritating that as soon as you checked out, you could no longer get wi-fi- even in public areas of the hotel. Taxis are way too expensive- you shouldn't recommend. Bus much, much better

ReunionDisappointed with the room. It was supposed to be a superior sea view room but our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait an hour. Finally they gave us a room but it was standard with no sea view ( I know I was offered a standard room because just for the curiosity I booked a standard room for my daughter and the room was exactly the same which was offered to us) The hotel is still under construction. Hopefully it will be better when it's complete.

South AfricaThe restaurant has a long way to go. It might be because the staff is new. I had to return my drink because it wasn’t what the menu promised. Then the dinner was overcooked (fish casserole). The waiters asked me about food orders before asking about my drink order…. Small things that make the experience not too great because guests expect fine dining experience as advertised
The people, the reception team gives world class service. They are so helpful. Helped me with bookings of activities and recommendations for transportation around the island The breakfast has a wide spread of section of food They have a cafe in the hotel, for quick easy meals- there is no need to have the expensive hotel lunch Location is perfect, close to bus stops and restaurants and short walk 10-15min from shops, museums and parks

MauritiusProbably should have waited some more for completion of works before welcoming clients. Telephone not working in rooms, no room service, finishing works still ongoing, limited restaurant capacity.. it was not our usual 'radisson experience' inspite of the genuine effort from the staff.
Very considerate staff going out of their way to help even if some are still on training. Hotel is not yet fully open and functional but is promising. Had a good time in swimming pool with kids. Pleasant ambience/deco in reception, restaurant and rooms.

MauritiusThe cocktails were sometimes good, mostly, just okay, depending on who prepared them. Not all staff are trained in drinks crafting. The menu at the restaurant was not very vast, more choices should be available.
The hotel is situated in a nice locality. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel was new so it was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were neat and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and the variety of food and beverages was impressive.
