Considering the price point, I would have expected more. Facilities, service, rooms was good... but not exceptional or at least not what I was expecting from the price and considering it's advertising itself as a spa hotel.

Very nice staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The view from the pools is great, especially stunning during sunset.

When we checked in was around 6.30pm, and they said no restaurant was open at the hotel and room service only can offer sandwiches, it was only 6.30pm on a Wednesday I didn't understand this. Prior to coming I requested airport collection or contact number for local drivers who can collect us, they said its a service they do not provide, this was also bad for a 5 star hotel.

Lovely views from the pool deck! We we on honeymoon and they upgraded us to a see view room which was an amazing surprise! Great views and friendly staff!

The choice of food you can order at dinner was extremly limited , no variety to choose from . Definitely needs improvement !!

The infinity pool with view onto the ocean is beautiful. Rooms are well equipped, clean , and comfortable . Staff were at all times curtious, and helpful. Unfortunately the choice of dishes to choose from at dinner was extremely limited .

Faults in room, and horrible service at breakfast, no staff to assist, limited selection on food, and no refill when food is finished.

Not at all what I expected from a 5 star. Shower was leaking, aircon broken, phone in room broken, only one English channel on TV. Very little staff available and no one to assist. Breakfast horrible, no service at all.

The food: the meat and fish were not fresh (frozen products) and there was no gluten free and milk free products at breakfast (only soya milk and gluten free buns of very poor quality) although we had sent request messages in advance- we had to go to grocery stores and purchase what we needed. The service at the reception desk: it seems there is a high staff turnover The Spa services: besides massages, there was only a jacuzzi and a sauna

Everything was perfect and the staff was so friendly. Extremely clean rooms and restaurant, the swimming pool area is very well maintained, staff pays attention to details and to your comfort with discretion. The location is ideal, the breakfast is awesome

Really not a 5 star. Maybe 3.5. Poorly managed. Had an issue at the restaurant. Waited 2 hours for the mains. General manager completely dismissive of the poor service. No apologies and staff simply rude when questioned. The waitress even suggested that waiting 30 minutes to ask for a glass of wine was how she was trained.

We did not like the cats walking through the restaurant during dinner, especially being a 5 star hotel. I am a hospitality worker overseas and I did not like the sight of the birds coming to peck on the service spoons for breakfast. I find it very unhygenic, as we saw many people going to serve their food with it after that:( We had a family room that we paid for before hand, but when we were leaving we were told to pay for the extra beds for our kids. It came as a surprise since we thought everything was already covered in advance, as it was a family room and checked in with two adults and two children from the start. We do think we should be given our money back for the money we paid for the kids beds.

In regards to our stay, we liked the staff, always smiling and willing to help. We liked our greating with the ice-tea and the fact that one staff walked us to our room. The food and cocktails were delightful! The room that we had was fantastic, amenities were great, the view was spectacular of the ocean, beautiful garden, swimming pool was a wonder, plus we had our own private pool which was lovely:)
