Everything was excellent. Initially, I was not the type to write reviews, but this time, I am obliged to offer this to The Ritz Carlton Doha. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful "journey and story" you gave me in your location. I felt extraordinary and spoiled, especially on my birthday. I felt like I was in a family, and you are wonderful people with impeccable service from all points of view and all the employees. You made my stay excellent, and I didn't feel lonely even though I spent almost two weeks alone with you. Once again, thank you for the hospitality, surprises, services, drinks, and food; everything was superb and perfected in the highest detail. In particular, I would like to thank the staff of Habanos bar, Sam, Muhamad, Ben, and Anwar, who made me feel excellent and exceptional every evening on the bar terrace. You guys are my friends now. Thank you also to Linette from the concierge and others from your professional team. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of others who were always helpful. Rooms Furnitures and decorations are not with standards of the Ritz Carleton hotels. Rooms toilets place is very small and Hardley accommodate normally built person Room balcony is not what you see in the pictures.

the pool and the beach were excellent well maintained. breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties. staff all over the hotel were amazing they will be more than happy to serve you at all times.

The rooms are not soundproof, i could hear conversations from next room … the level of noise from the side and top rooms at night was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location. The food was exquisite, but what truly sets the atmosphere of the entire RCH is the wonderful, mindful, and incredibly helpful service. I am grateful and overjoyed to have come across Miss Houda and Miss Linette (concierge), who made me feel like I was on a wonderful honeymoon during this trip! We will definitely be back soon with friends. It's worthy experiencing a stay at this hotel!

Having to leave!

Amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton! Exceptional staff at every encounter, from the welcome every time in reception, the pool, the beach and the spa where the lovely girls helped us organise tennis, complimentary with rackets too. Housekeeping were extremely thoughtful, little surprises throughout our stay, flowers, towel art, we loved it. Special shout out to the team in the Club Lounge, brilliant they looked after us so perfectly, Mila, Dyanne, Wilberforce, everyone, thank you. It was my husband’s birthday and he was treated to balloons, cakes flowers and singing, in the room, Lounge and even the beach! Thank you so much everyone. The view from the Club Lounge was Wow, the food, drinks on offer throughout the day wonderful, definitely recommend. We had a great evening at B Lounge, one of the Hotels restaurants, lovely setting, beautiful food, again wonderful staff. Hotel buggies take you to the beach, just over a bridge, they took us to the shopping mall just at the entrance to the hotels long driveway. We had a fun night out in Lusail. We enjoyed long swims in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, the outdoor pool area was pretty. Can really recommend a luxurious stay at the Ritz Carlton where everyone wants you to have the best time.

Absolutely fantastic service from the minute we arrived till the minute we left! Every member of staff was so welcoming and despite being fully booked made us feel like we were their only guests! A special mention for Pearl who was amazing wrh our daughter and made her stay so much more special.
