WiFi - for some reason I couldn’t connect with the router. I was told that for an iPhone users this is typical - first time in my life I have came across such an issue. Coffee - they claim to be 5* camping but for the breakfast the instant coffee is served only, and they charge extra for the one from coffee machine (ridiculous)

Nice opportunity to start over night in the desert in a decent conditions. Staff very friendly. Nice and clean facilities (bungalow)

I think food should be included as it is the only place to get food and I was told we weren’t allowed to bring our own. I did not realise ‘room only’ rates existed or I would not have proceeded with that type of booking.

The beds were so comfortable and the beach is stunning. The staff were amazing and the journey to and from my car at Al Meera were fantastic.

We booked two rooms, the booking through Booking.com, was a bit misleading. We found out that one room only had breakfast and dinner included while the other one did not. We had to pay in the property. The showers in the bathroom needs maintenance. It was leaking water outside in the bathroom even though the door is closed tight.

The electricity was not reliable, there were a lack of plug sockets, the shower didn’t drain correctly, the WiFi wasn’t working consistently.

I was expecting some shows as mentioned in the reviews but none of the shows happened, in that case it was over priced for us. We booked a night before the new year and the price we paid is almost double the price and there was bo entertainment at all.

Food (Dinner) was not good at all. They really need to improve that part. I recall Many months ago it was much better. They need to improve the quality of food. Another observation is that they put too many tables / chairs outside, losing that "camping" feeling. It now feels bit more commercialized compared to previous feel which was more like a simple camping experience. Also before they used to have free tea / coffee (Hot water) near the lounge area for you to make your own, which was a nice touch. Now that's gone, and you have to order / pay for everything.

Location is perfect. Beach is Pristine and clean. Beach chairs / lounges great. The new rooms are spacious, and comfy. Really nice facilities for kids, with play ground, Football pitch, and you can rent buggies too.
