I was helped to move room on my 3rd night by an extremely helpful Indian Gentleman, due to a lot of noise on both sides of my room on the 2nd night. The Gentleman in charge moved me to an end of corridor room, and I was grateful to sleep well before I flew home.

Breakfast was great. The location is good, it’s near the big shopping mall just walking distance. But the greatest thing is staffs… they are all so nice and kind people. I really recommend to stay there.

I am IHG member but the guy at the reception said he can not add the point to my membership because I made the reservation through Booking.com which was not reasonable for me and he said we can not give you any privileges of the membership because of that. Booking should do something about that with these properties. The amenities in the room is very humble and should be improved. The reception guy send me some sweet to the room as a (IHG Member !!) and I told them I don't eat sweet but no one care and the sweet was left in the room till I left. In low season the hotel should exceed the expectation of the guests so they come again. They need to facilitate the IHG members no mater how they make the reservation otherwise there is no point of the membership. I staid in other IHG hotels and they never said that I can not get the privileges because I reserve through Booking.com

The location was very convenient and close to the Expo. The food variety need to be improved however the dining place is nice and the staff at the dining hall are nice. I like the facility. A good value for the money

The pool was under maintenance throughout our stay and we were offered to use they sister hotel and its pool. they provided a bus as well however we did not use this service. Was disappointing for the kids as they were looking forward to using the pool.

The Staff were very helpful and attentive, we had access to the executive lounge which served beverages and light snacks between 5-7 pm. This was heavy enough to skip dinner.

The pool area is very poor for a 5-star hotel. There is no possibility of sunbathing. It's almost covered by rooftop and so you won't be able to enjoy the sun. That's a shame when everything else is top quality.

Some of the room service orders were not accurate, although the food was good.

Location is excellent, close to malls, restaurants and corniche. Loveley room with interesting views from the full-length windows. Parking is convenient and secure. Reception Staff Punit and Avazbek were very welcoming and helpful throughout. Sandip and the other housekeeping staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Honestly not much to say here except one thing - the windows. View from 34 floor is great but the dust from all sandy area is really visible and clouds this view a lot, so it looses its charm whne you try to see somethig through dirty glass ... But it is what it is - that is Qatar for you

Basically everything because hotel treated as really special :). We received a free upgrade to club suit which was really amazing - huge apartment floor (like 100m2) with separate rooms, bathroom and toliet and so on. We got access to exec lounge and also great take out breakfast (due to early flight, we couldn't eat it in the restaurant). Close proximity to beach and shopping center just improves overall great opinion :)
