Accommodating and staff where really helpful

The taxi driver never showed up, and I almost didn't make our flight. If it wasn't for the kind front desk worker that made sure we had gotten a taxi in time for our flight.

the room was cold and the air was blowing so much and it was noisy I asked the engineer to stop it they said they could not as that would stop all the fans in the bathrooms in the other rooms. The guest relations sent complimentary amenities to say thank you but the housekeeping took it before I eve tried it. Also, it was my birthday and no one even sent a card to say Happy Birthday even though they all knew it was my birthday and I chose those places to celebrate it..

If I had to say something, I would recommend to have people at the concierge desk who know Doha so well that they are able to think along in terms of malls and restaurants to visit. That was not always the case. But overall they were always quite helpful.

Intercontinental Doha is fantastic! A perfect venue for a beach and pool experience with your family, while at the same time very convenient to discover other parts of Doha such as the Pearl, Lusail, Downtown Doha and Katara. All the staff of Intercontinental is extremely helpful and kind. Restaurants in the hotel are perfect, in particular Mykonos, and the breakfast is great. We liked it a lot and will definitely come back.

These were minor cons that didn't effect my stay, but the rooms could use a better sound proofing. And while swimming in the beach i got a small cut in my foot by stepping on rocks and seashells, so whoever goes to the beach just be cautious...other than that everything was perfect.

Absolutely everything! The breakfast was exquisite. The staff was so helpful and polite. The cleanliness of the amenities was on point. The pool and the beach was clean and spacious. I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel and i regreted not extending the period of my stay. Speacial thanks to all the staff(receptionists, concierges, housekeeping, pool cleaners and life guards, chefs, waiting staff at the breakfast), and everyone else that i hopefully didn't forget. Without you our stay wouldn't be this pleasent and easy. Thank you all🙏🏻❤

The beach could do with more loungers as there’s plenty of space to accommodate this without crowding it. We noticed some guests putting towels out early and then hardly using the bed. I find this behaviour very selfish and I thought the hotel could put measures in place to avoid it.

Loved the hotel, it was immaculate and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating with late check out and switching our half board meal due to late night flight. The room was large, well equipped and very comfortable. The facilities are excellent. The Gym was better than most you pay for. We were half aboard and the food was very good and something different every night.

In all Doha food & beverage are expensive. - On weekends "Fridays & Saturdays" sunbeds are rapidly unavailable

Due to the size of the hotel, sometimes the cleaning of your room can take place in not a suitable hour. The last day we requested an early breakfast in our room since we needed to checkout at 5.00 am, we waited for 15 min and we called the concierge and apparently nobody has been informed about this request. Even though the person explaining the issue made the impossible to prepare a takeaway breakfast which was not perfect, we still appreciate the efforts.

We liked everything about the hotel, the facilities, the beach, and the buffet was exceptional.
