Breakfast there pancakes pastry were of a smaller size I’d prefer them made fresh. Deserts not many apart from that it is to a good standard Don’t like the toilet siding doors leaving a gap

The bathroom door does not fully close which means a person on the actual toilet can be seen by the person in the room. This is not ideal. The bed was a bit hard but wasn't too bad that we lost sleep.

2 people sat outside our room for a vip guest next door. Breakfast was average and menu was poor. Nonfeesh meats, processed meat food. No fresh bakery food. Staff at reception bit very knowledgeable.

The breakfasts are good but quite ordinary for such a hotel, we expected more. There was also only one Euro standard socket in the room.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. A big plus is the hotel's own territory with a private beach. It's nice to take a walk in the evening or relax in the chill zone. Room cleaning is timely and high-quality. The rooms are quite simple for a five-star hotel. But the room with a balcony has a wonderful view of the city!

The range of available drinks during happy hour needs improving. There were two types ofred wines, two types of white wines and I think 3 types of bottled beers. A nice G&T would have been nice

The staff of the hotel (especially at front desk) were giving misleading information about opening times of the restaurants in the hotel. We arrived on the last day of Ramadan and most restaurants of the hotel were closed but we were assured that the buffet would be open for dinner, which was not the case. We only found out when we tried to access the restaurant and, due to its closure, we were obliged to order via room service. On the day of departure we needed a taxi to go the airport at 4:30 a.m. The day before I was asked to call the concierge on the same morning and he would call a taxi for us. It did not work, no taxis at that time were available with card payment. In the end we had to exchanged euros at the front desk (with an extra charge) to be able to take a taxi which accepted cash.

Nice location (walking distance from the mall in West Bay area) and facilities (plenty of restaurants, swimming pool, beach).

Warm and friendly welcome on arrival, our suite was clean and well equipped. All staff were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was an excellent buffet as was the evening Iftar. Atmosphere was relaxed and fun.
