There parking was so hard to find a spot

- The major problem i had is that there were no "CONNECTED ROOMS": i slept with 2 kids in a room, my wife with the other kid in another room!! :( and the rooms were not close to each other (43617 and 43625). I couldn't "be alone with my wife" without my kids 3, 6, and 8 years old coming over and banging at our door... -"breakfast" was good and delicious, but didn't change much in 3 days, there were no salmon (continental breakfast), nor was there capucchino. Still, these were minor issues, and i was very very satisfied with the breakfast. - "check in" was confusing... no "valet parking" and i had to double park and ask for my luggage to be picked up. Ididn't know my stay was in tower 4: i went instinctively to tower 1. But all was sorted out eventually, and i was satisfied too

overall very very nice stay, "playgound" for children, "swimming pool", and "gym", all were very nice. View was breathtaking (36th floor), "staff" very helpfull and nice. we are resident of Doha, and i frequently visited the pool, and friends there since 2008. So i thought it was an old building... but it litterally EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Family friendly, and bachelor friendly at the same time!

The fan of the AC had a sound which we couldn't turn it all night, and it was already hot. The elevators weren't working all the time and took too much yo show up The room was small

Toilet roll not replenished No facilities for washing dishes or clothes, no where to dry clothes.

Good room with kitchen facilities and washing machine. House keeping daily if wanted. Comfortable bed.

Parking Level 4 entrance to the hotel was totally destroyed. I think it is under renovation. No one told us about this, we ended up parking on that level by chance. Finding a parking spot was hard. We had bags and stuff and it was an agony to get them from and to the car. I believe we should have been told, or at least provide some help with the luggage on that floor.

My room had a sea view, and it was to die for.

-they have three or maybe four towers, it seems that each tower is separated, and there is no unified system for all towers, meaning that you have to check with the towers one by one to find your room, the check-in process was very slow, it takes around one hour to finish the check-in. -although I booked for my wife and my little son, less than one year old, they didn't provide a small bed for him. which made our stay comfortable.

It is a HUGE hotel with not enough front reception staff - it took me over 40mins to check in - queue was not moving! There are simply too many guests for the facilities. Had same problem at breakfast- no tables available and chaos at the buffet with the sheer number of people. If the hotel is quiet then you are lucky!

It has good facilities and for Qatar is fairly reasonably priced. My room was high floor with decent space.

Replace your old and damage bedsheets and pillow cases. At least refill the toiletries everyday if you cannot refill the tea bar. I stayed for 7 nights and you only clean the room once.
