Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Took a studio: big room with small kitchen (very useful). Very confortable, clean, sunny in the morning and until 2pm. Quite during the night. Very good location near all the shopping area of Villa Mora and others. Easy for walking and good choice of restaurants.

I stayed here because I came to Paraguay simply to hike the country's high point. I found it to be a super good hotel. I paid $130 for a two night stay in what is a 5* Rochester chain hotel. Ingrid is the manager there, is really helpful and speaks great English. They are very keen to provide a driver facility to take clients down to hike Cerro Tres Kandu in the future. As for the hotel it is super clean, with good rooms (huge beds!) and it has a nice ambience. The best thing is that all the staff are very amenable, professional and nice to speak to. I did not eat there so can't say anything about the food. It is also in a good location with nearby bars, shops and eating places.
