Elias, Host was most accommodating person I ever had! That was a pleasure to stay at his place. You have everything you need and it's just couple of steps from the best part of the city.

The location of the hostel is perfect. The street, inlike many others there, is calm and the balcony offers a great view. It is close to all the sights. But mostly Elias is able to create a feeling of zen with all his plants. He is also the best informationpoint in the whole westbank and he has everything in googlemaps pinpoints, so he makes it very easy. You can ask him anything, which is lovely. Breakfast is very tasty!

Walking distance from the Church of the Nativity. A large common area with plenty of seats, a balcony with a beautiful view, free tea/coffee. There are cooking and laundry facilities.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable with an ensuite bathroom.

Elias and his mother are great. The hostel is in a perfect location, not too far from the old city. We stayed in a private room and really enjoyed it, especially the balcony and the AC.

We booked here, as the hotel we usually stay at had overbooked and couldn't fulfil all of our booking. We'd walked past this place on the way to Manger Square, so decided to book here for the night we needed the extra booking. None of us expected much, but were pleasantly surprised. The 'reception room', was light and roomy, great kitchen bar, with free tea and coffee. Rooms were big, clean and had a lovely balcony. The bunk beds all had individual lights and power points and were really comfortable with lovely crisp bedlinen. We were met by Hilda, the owner's mother, who was delightful. We sat with her for a while and she made us popcorn. We also asked if she could do us breakfast the following day, it was 15 NIS and was a bargain as everything was homemade and fresh. Elias the owner was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and have decided we preferred it to the other hotel we usually stayed at!

Very spacious room with a private balcony , cosy hostel, ideal location. The host is friendly and I enjoyed my time spent with him and fellow travelers. I met two different guests who repeatedly visit the city and stay in the same location . If I ever come again , I shall too stay at the same location !

A wonderful Hostel! The balcony with view of Bethlehem is just awesome. Everything is very spacious. The dorm room was comfortable and every bed has its own reading light and power socket. The location in Bethlehem is perfect and Bethlehem felt very safe to me. I recommend going there!

I am not sure i can find something i did not like. That's why I extended my stay and would have ven stayed longer if i had more time. If you are going to Bethlehem, you should definitely come in this unique boutique hostel. Thank you once again for your hospitality

Elias, the owner, is a great host. He is always there to help, Took us in a nice tour, suggested the best places where to eat and guided us in a very nice hike. The place feels like home, it is very close to the old city center , rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

The hostel is exceptionally value for our money. The place is clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the mountains on our balcony. Elias was very helpful. We stayed on Jan 19 to 23 and it was winter time (-3 to -8° during the evenings and dawn). On our 2nd night, it was cold in the room but it was our mistake because we left the window open so when we came after a day tour it was very cold. However the beds were warm and the comforters were thick enough to keep us warm during the night. There was also an AC for summer days. The bathroom is clean with bidet ( hallelujah). The kitchen is superb with everything we ever needed to cook our own rice (on a stove top and caserole) and other food during our stay. A microwave to heat our food, free tea and coffee. The common area is as huge as I can think of just beside the dining and the kitchen. It was around 27 minutes walk from the border and 10 minutes from the Nativity Church as surrounding tourist sites. Would definitely recommend this for those on a budget and who wouldn't mind going in and out of the border plus bus rides, tram and train rides. Please mind that there is no lift or elevator so if you have a very heavy luggage you need to carry it through the stairs. The only downside for me was that there’s no dedicated or well-suited space for coworking as I work remotely while traveling. So it’s better to come here on weekends or during vacation.

Everything was great! The owner is always there and he’s very helpful and hospitable. Sometimes he makes really good spontaneous tours completely free of charge! The hostel is well suited for short-term accommodation. Enough space everywhere even when the hostel is fully booked. Perfect location. Christmas party was nice too :)
