The food from the restaurant wasn’t the best.

It’s a beautiful place! The beach is close by, they have snorkeling equipment as a courtesy for the guests, which was great and very convenient! The golf carts to get you around the resort are so great!

Due to a tile counter the grout in between has had many years of use therefore, lots of oil stains and food stains results in a rancid oil odor in the kitchen. I also had a water bug visit my bedroom

Rooms were a little dated, but I didn’t mind this. Made it feel a little more authentic/ gave it some charm.

Property was clean, right on the beach with an amazing restaurant and a lot of amenities (tennis, bikes, pool, beach cabanas) . It was a lot safe with security and overall a beautiful place to stay that didn’t feel over the top.

Water heater in our villa hadn’t been turned on yet, but thanks to Orlon, our waiter it was immediately remedied while we had dinner!

Stefania at reception can do with some customer service training. Extremely rude. Not enough deck chairs even do the resort wasn't full Hidden costs when checking out (20%) which booking doesn't call out up front. Poor water pressure in cabin 3031.

Facilities were a bit aged, several broken things requiring maintenance. Lost water down to a trickle a for 2 days, but was warned about it beforehand.

Gorgeous location. Wonderful restaurant. Great beach. Staff was warm, friendly and professional. Grounds were kept up well and are beautiful. Staff quick to accomodate any need. Nice pools.

We first got into a room and there was NO garden view + was on one of the villas farther away from the beach. The worst part was that they were updating the apartments below our unit so there was constant noise in the room starting 8 am. We complain with management and finally we got an another room, closer to the beach and with access to the garden . The second room was a little older in terms of furnitures and the air conditioning wasn't working at the beginning . After 2 days of rollercoaster ...everything finally worked properly and we could enjoy the vacation.

The property was located in a very good area, very relaxing. the best thing of the property is the Restaurant Eclypse. I would say is the best around Isabela. They do an amazing Pizza and having breakfast watching the ocean is a definitely plus for me.

A second restaurant. Food and drink services available after 9pm. Bellboy services after 10pm. We had a hard time finding our room in the dark.

Access at night to my villa was too dark, maybe add more street sensors lights. Overall we all had a great experience. I definitively will go back

We didn't realize that our room was actually a room in a house. It was on the third floor and there was no elevator! The listing said you'd have to go up "a few steps"... not several flights. The room was very small, and only had one chair. Thankfully there were two chairs on the balcony! It was also very noisy. The staff offered us a different room, but it wasn't as nice as the "noisy" room, so we opted to deal with the noisy neighbors. I thought the restaurant and bar were incredibly overpriced.

The property is beautiful! You feel like you're on a deserted beach with lots of cabanas and beach chairs/umbrellas all around, free for guests. We loved the natural beauty. There were so many stars out at night!

- rocky beach - it was very difficult to get to water without shoes and maneuvering around so many rocks in water and classic high Puerto Rican waves - even though the resort has huge potential, the "I do not care approach" from staff especially in the restaurant is killing it - only one and very expensive restaurant with far below average food - heavy reconstruction in the flat under our apartment

Our only grievance was the check out time. Check out is normally at 12pm and you are able to pay extra to check out later however either way you are left with several hours between your check out time and flight.

The staff was accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way for some of our requests. The restaurant staff was professional. The food was great and the drinks were done well every time. Everything was clean and despite the occasional bug, the pools were beautiful.

The bathroom needs to install handle bars in the tub. The beach needs warning signs indicating danger to swim and no lifeguard available.

I was in a 1st floor garden villa and I could hear all steps and movement of the guests on the upper floor villa wish made it hard to sleep some times.

Shower water was regularly tepid/cold. Pool by Eclipse was literally hot, unenjoyable. Maintenance needs to ensure things work excellent at a resort this expensive and BEFORE guests arrive — not once guests discover issues. People paying this much for a villa don’t want to have to deal with issues, they want to enjoy every single minute of their (expensive!) vacation time, not calling/waiting on maintenance people. Despite that, it’s a stunning resort that our family enjoyed.

Visual paradise! Eclipse restaurant was truly delicious. We loved seeing the gorgeous property foliage, iguanas and crabs roaming on-site, and the Villa was a really nice size. Tennis courts and cabanas were amazing. Private beach was a bit rocky (in the water) but very serene and free snorkeling was awesome!

They charge too much for pets. The $150 they charge for each dog should be refunded if the room was intact. My dog is not a service dog but he is trained and behaves better than a human being.
