There are little or no security personnel in the parking area, plus it needs more lights in the area. They need to expand the dining area, not enough tables to sit and enjoy your breakfast (we had to sit outside on a bench). They need to have some security doing some rounds on the floors since they were people running around in the hallway at 1 a.m. making noises. They need to clean the Koi fish tank. It was so dirty that you couldn't even see the fish.

The place was great, awesome, and polite personnel. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was spotless clean. The casino was fun!! The food was so delicious!!We will stay again.

The reception staff, being the first face you meet, are not friendly, specially the lady who helped me on Sunday the 17th early in the morning. She doesn't even say good morning or thank you. It was my check out, she just took the cards and she told me: “now.” She didn't even offer me the statement or say goodbye. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The live music is in the casino, instead of in a place where the whole family can sit and listen to it.

The maintenance staff was very friendly and willing to help. The place is very quiet and accessible.

There were some things that a bit of attention to detail would remedy, such as the lampshade in the room being crushed and the arm of the chair being loose. These things did not bother us enough since we extended our stay by a day.

The staff was great. The breakfast was sufficient. The location was good.

Room was switch since door would not open. I walked three times to the lobby. The handyman came up but no tools. New room wouldn’t lock and safety look was broken.

There are no problems with the property or the service the employees offer. The property is always clean and the employees are very helpful, friendly and extremely professional. They always greet you with a smile, they are exceptional. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is always our first choice when we have things to do in the area. However, the only thing I can point out is the low quality of the breakfast. The food is always served cold and looks pale or stunned. The appearance fully resembles old precooked frozen food. Furthermore, the menu has always been very limited and incomplete. For example, one morning they serve scrambled eggs and sausages, but no additional alternatives. I understand that it is something that could be easily remedied and does not represent a major additional expense. It is not about the hotel offering an unlimited variety of options, because for that one must go to a restaurant and order from a menu. My suggestion is to add an additional alternative. It can be as simple as adding bread; or cheese; or bacon; or ham. Only one additional alternative could make a difference. Also, find a way to keep the food warm. Otherwise the hotel is very good and we have recommend it to our friends and family. Of course, we always let them know that extra money for breakfast outside of the hotel must be included in their budget.
