don't like the parking very dangerous the incline of it, other people that park hit your car when they open their doors, to check in you need to go all the way down to a little store they got because nobody in the front desk

Restaurant staff does not know or is not aligned with the resort, and were not able to answer specific questions. The hotel reception was downstairs; althought emailed instructions were sent it may be confusing

I like the amenities, rooms, very clean and great price. Game room was a hit. Great place to stay.

Breakfast restaurant never seems to be open,the pool side bar is opened when it’s opened even then the bartenders seem to disappear for long periods at a time..don’t expect to walk to restaurants or beach

The location isn’t the best. You need a car to get to the beaches and the town center. There are steep stairs to reach the rooms, main lobby, pool and bar. There’s no security at the entrance.

The place is very beautiful, well-maintained, and well-kept. The check-in process was very easy, and the staff was very friendly. The facilities and rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped. Good complementary coffee and tea in the mornings.

The floor of our room was not cleaned. Also, the filter of the air conditioning needs to be change. The air in the room felt dusty.

The bathroom inside the room was very small and the sink was uncomfortable and very small and it was difficult to wash your mouth.

Thee is not much to dislike. Only things that were minor inconvenience were - No breakfast option except coffee tea and hot chocolate are offered. And you must be able to climb stairs. The shower was clean tile and glass. However , small and no grab bars in case you can not maneuver easily. I'm regular size but did not have anything to hold onto when lifting my legs to wash feet.

This Inn is very clean with helpful accommodating staff. The beds were thick and comfortable with crisp, clean white linens. The Poland jacuzzi area was clean and the lounge chairs had thick comfortable pads. We swam early morning, ate dinner at the convenient bar, restaurant. The Lazy Parrot is located atop a winding road hillside. Lovely for couples and family.

The resort has too many stairs, I have problems with my back and legs and it was uncomfortable going up and down several times. The reception is downstairs and in the entrance I can't see anybody to receive us or a map to get where to go to do the check in. The restaurant is expensive, don't give cheap options more accessible to families with a reduced budget.

Wi-fi did not reach my room. But TV and cable worked perfectly.

Everything was amazing the staff is very helpful and friendly, I will definitely go back and will highly recommend. Very good for families with kids. Pool area very nice and close tho the restaurant that you don’t have to leave the pool to order food.

I understand that the restaurant was closed but it should be open it would make the place a better lazy accommodation. Lol. No problem thou, there’s a restaurant less than a quarter of mile away and their breakfast was delicious.

Very lazy friendly. Lived the location which was like a perfect hidden getaway. Very clean and family oriented.

The parking lot is on a hillside with a very steep slope which makes loading and unloading the vehicle quite uncomfortable.

It’s really nice and cozy. The staff was very helpful. Nice view.
