Hyatt does not offer a restaurant there. There is an independent restaurant called mahi-mahi next to the pool in the beach. Lovely location the seafood nachos we got were equivalent to what you would get at a baseball game. Cheese whiz like cheese with small frozen shrimp. It’s unfortunate. There’s not better options.

Property was amazing. Didn’t even realize the type of amenities they had and how amazing they were till we arrived but when we did we were very happy with it. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the views were amazing. I loved staying here and will definitely come back with friends at another point.

The back side of the hotel had a smell but you can only smell it if you walk on the back of the hotel.

Great facility with a beautiful beach that was basically private. It never felt crowded by the beach or pool area. The staff were great and everything was clean. We were sad to leave.

The restaurant on site. Staff was not personable & I had to wait for 20 mins at the table no waitstaff around, once he did come out he barely acknowledged nor came over. So i had to go order food & drinks at the bar & ask to have brought out to the table!

Clean beautiful resort. The rooms were very nice. I was very pleased with my room @ the resort. I appreciated the private beach it was not crowded…it was perfect, multiple pools & hot tubs.

It was clear to us before we came but still, it's important to understand that this is not a usual hotel - the reception is not 24/7, there is no breakfast or room service, they clean the rooms only every other day etc.

The facilities are really nice. Great beach and pool. The staff were welcoming. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

One bedroom suite with great for our small family. Staff was amazing and friendly. They even had daily activities for the little ones. Will definitely go back again

Property is clean, secure, quiet, and room provides great amenities. The beach is walking distance and the pool is a really good size. The room has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and dishes. The gym was amazing and they even have a game room where they allowed us to rent games to play as a family in the room. There is plenty of places to eat in town and for anything you need. Location helps jump in to get to San Juan or visit the island without problems. Staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend this place and will look forward to staying in the future.

Lots of mosquitoes at the outdoor restaurant but they provided big spray when we mentioned it was an issue

Super clean, convenient rooms for families to be close to each other, wonderful pool and amazing view of the pools and ocean from our room. The stay was very friendly and being able to text them was extremely helpful too.

We did not have electricity Friday night all the way till Sunday afternoon and my checkout date was Monday morning at 10 AM. we had to sleep with a slide door open and we were attacked by mosquitoes. The rooms were unbearable. There was no air circulation and it was hot and humid. We had to wait in line to charge our cell phones every morning because the front office was the only location that had electricity. The food that we bought at the local supermarket went to waste because we did not have electricity to put our food in the refrigerator. The front desk lady mentioned that we were going to get a discount for the inconvenience and yet I have not seen any refund being issued.

I like that we were close to the beach. The pool was a pretty good size so you were not really crowded. Staff members were attentive and nice.

My one and only compliant is that somehow I was able to hear snoring from another room while trying to sleep.

The staff was wonderful. Every person we encountered was friendly and seemed like they had a good group effort for the task they were performing.

There's only 1 queen bed. If the stay is for 4 people at least 1 or 2 will have to sleep in the sofa bed.

For not having much around, staying at the hotel all day was nice. They have activities.
