One, is the spending on parking, although I understand that their's no employees available and the economy in Puerto Rico ain't awesome spending 70 dollars on a stay from Friday to Sunday is not affordable unless you have a job earning a good amount of money. Another thing is that at least I read on here booking that breakfast was included but they give you a paper where it says that breakfast is at a certain ours, lunch at a certain ours and dinner is at a certain ours but doesn't say on any document except the one you fill here that breakfast is included if you get that paper one can assume that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Watch out for that... But other than those points the stay was nice...

Like the cleaning, the attendance of the members of the hotel was nice, could be improved but I can't complain, the accessibility to amenities around the area is good, the front desk service was nice as well

The bathroom conditions. The sink in bad condition. We had to ask for towels. The room had 2 small towels for 3 people. We had to call for towels. Still only got 2.

Beds were too stiff.

Breakfast is not breakfast... an upgrade is urge for the hotel. Spacing is small specially for a fully booked. Needs a better or more seating. If no pool is goin to be available the breakfast experience needs to be excellent.

Check in is on the second floor, everyone was very confused. not really a lobby like most hotels.

The room had a lot of dust on everything. The carpet was not clean. The bed sheets had some stains. The shower wasn’t working at its best.

The entrance has like a dark walkway right next to it which can be a little foreboding. Fortunately the building directly facing Costa has a security guard clearly seen at all times. When we entered on the first floor there was no sign or anything to tell us where to go. We learned from a fellow guests heading out that the reception is on the 2nd floor. Later when the security guard was there, there was the sign stating "Reception is on the 2nd floor.". I asked him & he said it was a mistake that he took it down when he left. But the next time he wasn't there (Everytime he wasn't there which is most of the time) the sign wasn't there. He probably has multiple duties at the hotel but easy fix: permanent sign. The gym was dark & too cold. The immediate area is not great for activities & has limited restaurants. Toiletries were not great.

The continental breakfast was good. The sitting area had limited seating because of construction but another amazing view! There are at least 2 beaches near by. Condado you need to cross the bridge (small) & Balneario El Escambrón( great reviews) inside the Park You can can walk or take a cab to them. We had a spectacular view in out room! I paid $185 base per night. The AC was very good. Staff was very good. Practically everyone was billingual.

Some things are very old or broken. Garbage at the breakfast facility was overflowing and no one came to clean it up.

We dont liked that our air conditioner was off when we arrived and the room was hot. The air conditioner didnt cold the room enough. The included continental breakfast was poor, the bread had bad taste. The hotel is just for sleep because dont have an experience to offer. Didnt had an outdoor area to relax, the terraza could be a great area for this.

We liked the view from the balcony. We visit Fogo de Chao and the food was great. We enjoyed the view from the "3 hermanos" bridge on the scooters.

The hotel room doesn’t have a microwave , the breakfast is very mediocre only bread and fruit , pictures of my room showed a jacuzzi tub but on arrival I didn’t have the tub.
