The food is the same menu everyday and limited options that are not flavorful. Definitely had better vegan dishes than the ones that were provided and they were expensive for what you get.

There was no air so it did get a bit humid and stuffy in the rooms. There is a fan, but ours was excessively clicking so we turned it off.

The location was beautiful, but a little difficult to get to. Give yourself a little extra time and go according to the directions they send. It’s a very relaxing and peaceful spot. The hikes are worth it, especially the one to the waterfall. Make sure you bring lots of sunscreen and water.

Although the food is some of the most healthy we’ve had on the island and the breakfast was great, the dinner could be further improved, as the tastes were lacking. With this improvement, it would have been a much more complete experience.

The full immersion into the rainforest, with spectacular views and an atmosphere that was super relaxing whether it rained or shined. great pool area, comfy beds / room space with hammock, healthy food and pleasant walking trails. the cacao ceremony was also very pleasant. highlighted staff members: Veronica and Alexandra. Checkout at noon is a great plus.

Food was meh, left often for meals which was time consuming from this location. I have been on a vegan diet in the past, for context, but did not find their food very appetizing or interesting.

I didn’t feel there was a lot to do. I tried to join the yoga class - there wasn’t any space for me to join. I would assume if that is the only activity going on there would be enough space for all guests. I wish there was more selection or variety in food.

It was a bit far away and inconvenient to go to other places. However if you are looking to just check out, relax, and not go anywhere else, it is perfect. I found the food options to be a bit limited and expensive. Vegan is fine, it’s just that they ran out of things, often the dish I was hoping to have. Being so remote made it difficult to find other options if you were in the mood for something different.

The bed mattress is a bit uncomfortable. The food is great. However, they should offer a variety of other dishes, especially for people who stay for more than a night.

The place offers a great atmosphere to be relaxed. The staff are super kind and available for you every time you approach them. Overall, the resort is a great deal for you to disconnect from your work and daily stress.

I liked everything!!! The food was very delicious, the staff so warm and friendly and the view on the mountains was incredible! If I were coming back to PR, it would be the fort place for me to stay!!! I felt so at peace and inspired by the surrounding nature.

Our only small let down was the staff member on reception during our stay, when we asked her questions she responded as if we were stupid. It made us feel a little unwelcome.

We had a great experience here with the highlight being the complimentary yoga in the mornings. The restaurant was very tasty including the local green bananas and orange wine. Although a little on the pricey side!

We didn’t try the restaurant as it looked a bit overpriced for the type of food. Filtered water available at reception was at room temperature, aka warm, should have ice in it.

Best stay of my entire Puerto Rico holidays. This place is magical. We stayed there 2 nights and I would recommend that as a minimum.

Room was on their laundry, smelly and noisy. Food was not our taste, even my wife is vegetarian. No spice. I got very sick from a mushroom BLT. I asked the staff I'm the mushrooms are fresh prepared, she assured me every thing the serve was fresh. After the meal I got very sick to my problems with warm-ups mushrooms. The mushrooms where fresh when they prepared them proboly a day before and warmed the up in the morning. It happened to me several times in live, that is why I ask.
