No major concerns. It was a bit too hot in the room. This hotel is expensive, but worth it for a romantic day off or two

On the first night of our two night break we ordered from the very limited vegan menu. The food was beautifully prepared but it did not consist of a fulfilling meal. We did mention this to the management and the following evening the kitchen pulled out all the stops and prepared a wonderful meal.

We had dinner, and as for me, the menu is a bit limited. No salads, main dishes seem pricy. But, all in all, everything was tasty)

Nice spot for a short escape near Wroclaw. I enjoyed the style, interior, and service. Everything is made of high-quality materials. Luxury hotel indeed. Exceptional breakfast, very delicious and various.

Communication through Booking could be better.

Location was perfect, food was fantastic and there was a proper bar with top shelf alcohol. There's a wine cellar at the property and it's quite impressive.

You can take a very nicely marked path (~4km) that takes you thru very nice forest near the premises. Staff was very helpful and nice. Shame, that wet sauna wasn't working, but dry one was still nice experience.

This place is fabulous, third stay here. If you want to get away, relax, and recharge, this is the place to go. The food is exceptional, the staff amazing. I can't thank them enough for the work they do to make our stays so good. Yes, it is expensive, yes, it is worth it!

The lady at the reception ask me to pay straightaway at 11 p.m. because they had problem with my credit card. I felt like a thief. Moreover the room was really poor as well as restaurant.

The room was dusty and not hoovered. Shower gel was not refilled and we had to ask reception for more. The towels were not renewed and again we had to ask reception for clean ones. The staff were not that friendly overall. breakfast wasn’t pleasant either because staff was on constant walks around our and others tables and removing unfinished plates The staff also had very poor spoken English which meant my wife had to communicate in Polish which was embarrassing for me. My wife ordered a small glass of wine and there was no price list presented. When she queried the high price the staff just sent the bill direct to reception with a bad attitude.

Premium pricing for relatively poor service. Lack of host and interest in guests. Lack of activities for guests after summer. Spa was fully booked for the entire wknd even though I called to book 3 days before arrival. Lack of comfy social space to meet with friends or even read a book and relax, unless your room or restaurant. The hotel is remotely located so in essence you travel there on purpose. The room was too hot and I wasn’t able to fix the temperature or switch off the heating.
