Too small bathroom, it was +/- clean, but some places like shower head holder was having mildew or dirtiness.

I think the best thing about this property is it's location, only 10mins walk and you are in the center of Wroclaw. Nice room, nice beds, good view from the window. BALCONY!!!!

Aside from the cleaning lady in the morning, I didn't see or speak with anyone who worked there. I had wanted to ask for another night but had to use Google translate to interact with the cleaning lady who messaged the reception for me. It was also a little farther from the old town than I would have liked as I had a limited time in the city (20 minute walk) but it wasn't too bad.

The room was nice and clean, easy to find, convenient to the main dining area and shared kitchen. There was hot water and coffee and teas available there as well. I had a nice balcony to relax on and watch the sunrise. There was a small park right outside. It was safe. The neighbor who helped me in the building was friendly. I was given good instructions how to get in and get my key. That was easy to coordinate. The cleaning lady was nice.

The self check in can be a little tricky as we very tired from thr flight and came in late.

The bed and the pillow were very comfortable and we wish we spend more time threre but couldnt as we had flight in the morning.

There was indeed parking space for us but it was not really secure parking as it was too close to a park with weird people.

Information about how to get accommodated was clear. Easy access to accommodation even after reception has closed. Close to city centre. Elevator. Terrace with 3chairs and a table. Possibility to get a coffee/tea/biscuits at the kitchen all day long.

There was no-one in the accommodation when we arrived so we were left outside the door wondering if it was occupied. I then saw that I'd received an email an hour earlier to say we needed to check in by ourselves by putting in a code and finding our room with the key in the door but it was a little late in the day to inform us. The breakfast was served until 10.00 but when we turned up on the first morning at 09.50, we were reminded that breakfast was at 10.00 as though we were late. Presumably they mean breakfast finishes at 10.00.

Pretty good location just north of the old town and the breakfast was substantial with good choice of cereals, meat, cheese, eggs, coffee and fruit juices.

The first room we were acommodated in was not clean and it had a very unpleasant smell of mold. The second room was not very clean either.

well, for the price we paid, there was nothing wrong.

We have stayed just for a night as part of our business trip. I was really impressed by our self check in, I really liked it, all went well. Room was smaller, but had absolutely everything we needed, extra points to seating on own balcony!

Unfortnately during my stay there were building activities on the street. The street is very large and has a small green stripe in front of the building (+), but on the other side of the road tram rails are being built or renewed... The curtains are not light proof, so light will come in early in the morning. The later didn't bother me that much, but at the time of my stay there you could hear the building noise in the morning. Would I stay again?: Probably without the building noise, when building is finished. The price/quality ratio was OK.

I had a two bedroom room nr. 6 , no breakfast. The beds were comfy, nice bath,clean room and it has a balkony. Friendly reception. You could leave your luggage. Location: Wroclaw is very small and anything outside of the core city centre is not a 10 for me, but it is just a few 100 meters beyond the bridges to the north, (train station in the south) perfectly OK for the city.

The sewerage smell in bathroom was unbearable. There is a huge balcony with great view, but unfortunately it was prohibited to step outside it.

The value for the price is good. The location is great for a family with kids and a dog - the park (also with a playground) is just outside! 15 min picturesque walk to the main square in old town. Plenty of free parking spots available in front of the hotel. The breakfast was not that much of a variety, but bakery items were delicious and coffee and fruits were available all day, not only during breakfast time. The staff was very friendly.

Building on the outside a bit run down, but inside warm and comfortable.

Easy going. No rush. Warm welcome with coffee and biscuits on a cold frosty February. Smiles from the staff. Excellent breakfast. A quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the picturesque old town. Out of the building, turn right to the end, then left on the main road and you come to the bridges into the beautiful, wonderful city of Wroclaw.

The pictures show the hotel a bit roomier and better, but it's absolutely fine.

The simple rooms are on the 6th floor of a relatively new building, and has also a reception, where the crew spoke english. Parking is free in front of the building. The kitchen is accessible during the day to make coffee or tea, or to have some biscuits. The city center is only a few tram stops away, but at the time of our visit (Dec. 2022) the Pomorska street was completely closed, so the tram service was altered. But it was still fine.
