TV was struggling with signal

Very cosy place, warm and really close to all amenities and main street Krupowka. Secured parking. We rented apartment on top floor so was quiet even building next to busy road. Easy entry, keys was left in keybox and all instructions sent via sms.

The apartment was really big, clean, nicely designed and equiped. The location was great, the communication with the owener was fast and clear. Location was just ideal. Everything was so perfectly set up with all the codes, instructions that we felt like in Escape room. :-D So we had even fun, but of course we understood the point and instructions were clear. We recommend this accommodation.

Beds were not comfortable this time around. A bit to hard for my liking but that is just personal preference and kitchen area a bit to small compared to the apartments we stayed at last year. Getting the details for how to enter the apartment could of been sent before we arrived. Had to wait 30mins at the gate before we got the details to get in.

Location is great to the town centre. Parking at the apartments is also really good. Apartments were clean, warm and really well presented. This is our second stay at this place.

1. The service of breakfast was different. Example: When there were just few guests, the coffee machine was not available, the juices was few. Some food were also not available on weekdays. 2. We were surprise at last day, when we arrive back to our apartement, and the cleaning staffs were already inside before 10:00. In this situation there was uncomfortable to use toilett, or drink a cup of water, before we finally left the apartment. 3. In the kitchen the LED light did not work!

Our apartment was very comfortable. The equipment were OK. We really loved the fireplace. View was wonderfull. It was usefull, that the minimarket was close to apartment. The city centre was close too.

The only disadvantage I could say is that the stairs is a bit uncomfortable to climb on, the space there is very tight. But otherwise, the place is used out well.

The apartman is located only a 5 minutes walk from the center, it is very close. Our room was very clean and spacious, well-equipped, next to the fridge, kettle and we even had an iron. The kitchen is on the ground floor and there's a big living room, a bedroom and a shower on the second level.

The location is nice, it has a closed parking place where we could park our motorbikes. The keys were in a lockbox, the gate opens with a code. Breakfast was nice. To get to the centre of Zakopane it takes 8 minutes walking.

The location is great, on a quiet street, close to the center. There is a store nearby. The hosts sent very clear information on how to pick up the keys. We found everything we needed for our stay. There was a washing machine and detergents in the common areas.

Very good location, close to the city center and quiet place at the same time. Very big apartment, with everything you need, including washing machine and dishwasher. Garage was a big plus, but a bit hard to park, I had like few cm left to the walls (I have a wide car), so be careful. There’s also a fireplace for a grill outside, but we didn’t use it, so cannot confirm if it’s good.

Had to leave the local tax in cash, we didn't had any Zloty, so left it in Euros. This is really inconvenient, it would be much better if such fees were included in the price.

Clean and tidy, nice place. Took and left keys without any contact with personnel.

The owner was very friendly and reachable. He even bought a hair dryer for us upon our request. The cottage is a very friendly place and cozy. They have facilities to park the car next to the cottage. I recommend everyone to come here!

Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the kitchen. A lovely compact apartment, with excellent use of space, but perhaps not for very tall people, as the ceilings are quite low at places.

Great location in a quiet environment next to a supermarket and a short walk from the city centre (Krupowski). Also close to the hiking trails where all the valley-walks start. Lovely, clean rooms with good heating, bathroom and shower. Comfortable beds and the living room is very cosy and cute.

- early checkout - need to prepare the cash for city tax, maybe it’s worth to include in the price? - cold floor in bathroom - sofa stands next to fireplace, no view at the fire except from the only chair - parking is super compact, hard to imagine how to park when it’s full

- spacious apartments, enough space for everyone and everything, has a workplace separately for home office, Wi-Fi is pretty good and stable, view from the table on the road - I loved it - really great location, Biedronka supermarket just 2 minutes walk away, central walking street - 6 minutes - comfy beds - fireplace is well prepared and cleaned, wood supply is well organised - staff is always available through the chat

Our bed was a bit too hard, the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.

Great location to visit Zakopane, a tiny bit away from the very busy touristy centre, which was great. Clean, nice apartment in typical Zakopane style.Very close to a big supermarket, zoo for the children and good restaurants.
