All was brilliant only one item would be useful is a dish cloth or kitchen towel to wipe surfaces in the kitchen.

Out of hours service very poor. We arrived late and there was nobody to contact about very basic queries. Eventually a good samariatan, who happened to be close-by and had used the apartments previously, go us in and sorted. A comfortable armchair or 2 would make a great difference.

Doesn’t have a bottle opener and the oven was confusing took an hour to figure out so need a user guide.

Few items could be improved: some power sockets/light switches didn't work. 1 night light was missing. The pillows were too high. Dishwasher's door couldn't be closed. Communication could have been better: I got a message with keycode for the main door and for the apartment but the apartment didn't have a keypad, so I got confused if I am at the right place. So I had to go to the reception anyway. Apparently the message with the code is being sent automatically also for the apartments with manual key, but they could have sent me an additional message manually to inform me that I need to proceed to the reception first.

Good value for the price, good location: walking distance from the center, a few minutes walk from the Grzegórzki train station (20 min ride to the airport or to Wieliczka salt mine). Nice new modern interior, comfortable bed, good windows and curtain. Breakfast in the neighboring Sady bistro has unique tasty options, worth to visit. Overall a positive experience.

Decoration was very dark, black and dark grey. A bit depressing with kitch painting and posters. Many lamps were not working (and all the clocks, but that was less of a problem). It was a bit more run down than expected.

All great nothing to complain, maybe time to time check the iron because this time in this room it was not working well, I guess not many travellers use it. Apart from that it was great!

As usual, the staff is very well organized and welcoming, helpful whenever I needed anything! Good soundproofing as well! Neat and clean place.

In the kitchen we found a very good coffee for machine, but the tea was only gray and black.

Location was close Kazimierz Gallery, Old Town (that beautiful place) and Krakowska Gallery. Everything was clean in Cinema room. Bed was good, the couch not so comfortable.

Great apartment, we only stayed for one night. The location is 10/15 min walk away from the Old Town, plenty or parking nearby too. The kitchen had lots of equipment and the terrace outside was great. The apartment was easy to access, the bed was very large and comfy.
