Dedicated parking should have been provided for hotel guests. Breakfast was average. Bad smell in bathroom upon arrival.

Nothing much. Everything was taken care of. Except that while having breakfast, one day I wasn't provided proper cutlery. I asked them multiple times to provide me with fork which they didn't. I asked multiple staff members but for some reason (due to rush maybe) they didn't cater it. We were served tea on the table but on the same day I had to wait for around 15 20 minutes and asked multiple times for the tea. The next day it was okay but I did face a few issues on 12th May, 2024's breakfast

Needs a cafe , you could sit in the lobby or the main restaurant. Also gym was small for a hotel of this size, and it was regularly full.

Great location, adjoining a big shopping mall with food court and cinema. Also close to both the airport (30 minutes) and the main city for my business needs. Nice pool area which for some reason was always empty. I spend a few hours swimming and reading by the pool (indoor of course).

The breakfast seems rich, but cheese types are not enough, they use the same knife to cut onions, lettuce, cucumber and carrot. So every vegetable of breakfast smells and tastes onion.. The orange juice is not fresh. They sometimes put too much water so you don’t get the orange taste. The gym is too hot to make workout..

The location is good (if you are going for expo), the mall below is a very big advantage in Lahore, staff is always helpful, free airport shuttle is a plus.

I did not like the fact that the housekeeping rang our room bell once and before we even could respond opened our room door with their own key! I complained to the manager and he was very apologetic and said that we must have forgot to turn on the do not disturb button. We had forgotten as we did not know about it as we were looking for the card you hang in door . Anyway beside this little mishap we really enjoyed our stay and will be returning back in the future in Sha Allah .

Buffet range was a little poor. More variety like grilled foods and fried foods would have been nice. Curry selection was okay but not the best. Service was a little slow but always fulfilled. I put this down to it being Ramadan and not all services and staff were available until after Iftar.

The shower was leaking water, the refrigerator wasnt working, the door wouldnt lock: multiple issues for an executive room with rates-- thee were fixed but i shouldnt have to waste time on these things

The food at the restaurant in the evening was a big disappointment. Lacked flavour and variety, especially for children. A bit disappointing that people with a parking ticket pay 20% less than hotel guests.

Needs to be more clean,Deco pillows weren’t clean.mirrors in room ,table aren’t clean .Toilet needs to be more clean and please toilet needs a toilet brush,couldn’t understand why there isn’t any Wc brush to clean the toilet .that was disgusting without brush.Rooms are too costly,not a good value for money ,needs to be more clean.

Card was not working at mall door, special beef burger was not so special, platinum room was spacious but empty (very less chairs and table for 2 x persons for dining purpose)

The only thing that needs to be sorted out is their price per night as Nishat is one of the most expensive hotel in Lahore leaving PC and others behind.

Clean and tidy rooms. although everything is up to the mark but still the deluxe rooms are comparatively smaller than other hotels.
