Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing to dislike
Had a really pleasant stay the location of the hotel is ideally situated within all the amenities and tourist attractions and service was excellent especially the receptionists were really friendly and helpful would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with family

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We mentioned fresh milk on the first day at breakfast and the next day they had some ready for us. The waiters , reception, cleaners and management were all very helpful and professional throughout. They all went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable.

This hotel is at very good location. Pretty close to everything. Beds are comfortable, AC doing it's job. Good breakfast with local food.

The host was friendly and welcoming. The location is very central. There are nearby stores and restaurants. The property is located in a residential area. So, it's pretty safe to walk at night.

👍Complimentry brekfast, luxury experience & facilities. There was no noise and you can rest in a very peace environment. This place is good for families & solo travelers, in such price this is the place I have experienced.

Had an excellent experience here. After the long flight I booked to this hotel looking at their reviews. It was worth it. Comfortable rooms, good food, courteous, professional and very polite staff and helpful guards. They provide everything that they commit.

I stayed there for a night. The staff at reception was very polite and well behaved, they offered welcome drink and full guidance about city, rent a car etc .Room was clean food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. I highly recommend it. The breakfast buffett was equally as good.

Surprisingly, I have been given a bigger room, which was amazing and spacious. Loved each and every bit during my stay. Could've spent more time with staff to discuss and drink tea with them, which I will do in my next visit
