They have removed their air conditioning so if its cold they will give an electric heater a guy from the hotel did say it was paid but i wasn't charged so make sure about that.

Great views from the Balcony rooms. Rooms are clean. Staff is very cooperative. Close to Mall road without the hassle of traffic. Had some issues with the room regarding locking of door but was quickly accommodated to another room.

The size of the heater as it didn’t cover the whole room.

The ambiance, services were pretty good. But the heater was not good enough. Overall experience was very good.

Insulation against the cold fell short and sheets and pillow cases weren’t cleaned properly.

The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The washrooms are very clean.

With no elevator it was very difficult to go up and down with kids .. plus no internal restaurant was bit difficult with kids.

It was good stay overall and kids play land access was cherry on top.

Manager on reception was rather rude. Room was not ready till 3 pm (checkin time is 2). Called next day and told rudely its time to checkout like I owe him something. Told him to warm the tea as it was cold, he said we dont usually do this (probably a big commodity to warm it ) but we will do it. Also shut the phone abruptly. He does not know the basics of hospitality. Apart for this little guy, all the experience was good. Slides in the play area are not safe for little toddlers as they are too fast with a sharp bump at the end, hurt almost all kids who were playing there. Needs reconsideration.

would be great if they could look into the heater in the room as the heater is so small when the temperature is around 2 degrees Celsius, and it won't work specifically when your room is on the 3rd floor.

The views are good from the property, and very well maintained as well. The staff were nice and helpful as well. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good.

There was no elevator in the hotel and the room was on third floor. Every time we stepped out, It was a big hassle to go back to the room.

Room prices are quite high for off-season Hot water in winter season may be a problem but hotel manages to fix it Need own transportation as local taxis or vehicle owners overcharge tourists to visit any place from hotel

- Too many stairs. No lifts or wheelchair accessibility. There are stairs to enter the hotel and then more stairs to access the rooms. Not recommended if you are with elderlies. - Had to ask for towels and toilet rolls etc, as it was not provided in room. But once asked, you get it instantly. So make sure you tell them what you need beforehand. - cable tv is available with bad picture quality. No smart tv apps.

For a 3-star hotel, it was pretty good. Basic amenities were provided when asked. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. Great attentive staff and service. They don't serve dinner but have a decent breakfast. Options of other food outlets below the hotel were helpful. Great location with great views. Try the rooms with balcony, and thank me later.

Their entrance stairs are dangerous and not fit for elderly to climb as some are differently spaced and broken as well. They need to build a ramp and repair them. Also they should have more options for breakfast buffet.

The rooms were super clean, warm water was available all the time and their staff was attentive and co operative. It's located at a very good location, Subway, Dunkin and few other restaurants are downstairs only.

The view is on point. The staff is the friendliest out there. Specially the manager very Cooperative. Loved the interior the vibe is super cozy .
