We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaRoom is not that clean particularly the linens which feels like it hasn’t beek accupied for long time, the furnitures are a bit dusty, the Bidet especilly I believe was placebin a very wrong area which is suppose to be on the right part not on the left hand side. Complimentary water in the room is not enough.

PhilippinesToo expensive. The room had an odor like an old house. The towels were old and off-white in color. Not a good value for money. I’ve stayed in less expensive hotels and better facilities than this. I guess you’re just paying for the name. They had to collect an incidental fee as well.
The room was spacious, wifi was good. Parking was good too. The staff are friendly.

The property, lounge, breakfast restaurant are around the nice pool. They have the Benjarong… my favorite Thai restaurant in Manila. The property is very safe and the staff are very responsive. Lots of parking below the building. Location is near the airport as well as the city.
