You must walk 3 minutes on sand to get to hotel, so it’s pretty annoying. Beds creak and not very comfortable. We had a mosquito in the room.

Location is on the beach and good to divers. Good breakfast with variety.

Lying chairs would be nice, so the towels aren't on the "naked" beach and thus you can avoid the dogs sniffing them. The music at the bar ends at 11pm, could have it till 12pm/1am, but of course also nice that after 11pm it's very quite at the hotel, you can't have both.

Five different breakfast options, so there's definitely something for everybody. Location at Alona Beach is very nice, the only missing thing is lying chairs. The beach in front of Hennan Resort is a bit nicer and accessible for external guests, so we mostly went there.

We stayed on Saturday and although the live rock band sounded great, we had an early night and needed ear plugs to get good quality sleep.

Staff makes too much noise all day. Kitchen and reception is very close to rooms, staff are always out and they talk and laugh too loud. Their walkie-talkies are too loud too, even if they have walkie-talkies they speak each other from distance with loud. I love sitting and relaxing at the balcony but i couldn’t do here enough because of noise. Besides I don’t think staff serve customers well, they never smile, they don’t appreciate their job. There is a management issue at this hotel, it looks like there is no management or staff take over the control and manage the hotel as if they please. I haven’t seen a hotel staff without discipline like this. Keep in mind that there is not a road to hotel, you need to walk on sand with luggage about 100 meters. It wasn’t very big deal for me but you might want to know in advance. Pool is very small but the hotel is by the beach, if pool is important for you this hotel may not be for you. Rooms with pool access would be better if pool is important.

Location is nice, it is on beachfront, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was ok. It’s a nice option if you have good price but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

It was noisy in the evening. Karaoke went on until 11pm and was very loud in our room until then but after that we slept well

Lovely hotel right on the beach front. It has a good restaurant attached which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was nice with a great bathroom. Staff were friendly and carried our bags down the beach for us on check out

I unfortunately ended up in a room next to exceptionally rude people who invited non resident hotel guests over and where extremely rowdy in Russian till 4am until I had 2 go and ask them to lower their voices twice. They not only started shouting at me but continued. Someone else from another room had also asked them to refrain.The room was v close to the reception but nobody intervened!

Restaurant service can be a bit slow, especially when a big group of tourists arrived just before you (big tourist group are quite frequent).

Alona Vida Beach is a very nice medium size hotel, the garden is nice, right on the beach. It is very clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, Jodie is the best receptionist ever ! Breakfast is simple and convenient.

The location was great! It was right at the beach and there are plenty of other restaurants beside it. The live band in the evening was also nice.

There is not parking and the walk from the drop off point is not friendly to PWD I have to cancel my booking for my parents who are PWDs. The staff offered help to accomodate the trandfer of my paretnts from the drop off point up to the hotel but i found it too cumbursome.

The location is so near to the beach it's just steps away. The pool is also amazing. My nephews love to swim and they enjoy the hotel. There is also available rentals for para sailing. There was an incident during the parasailing and the staff were helpful.

Dragging bags 1/4 mile down a sandy beach was a surprise. Got a pool view room.. they tried to stick us in an alley at the entrance at first.. by noise bar. They moved us after complaining , we could see the pool a tiny bit then
