We had a small situation kasi naiwan namin ang key card sa loob so we got locked outside. It took us more than 30 minutes bago kami nakapasok, 3 times ako bumaba to ask for help, kasi sabi nila may pupunta lang doon to open it. At the end, sinamahan kami ng receptionist to open the door for us which is great.

The room was really good. Location if very convenient. Hindi pa tapos ang building obviously, pero the room was good.

There's nothing i didn't like...All good ..)

The staf was very friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean...they came right away when you needed something...we ordered some food for dinner and you didn't wait very long.. I made a special request to put some roses leaves and buns of roses for my wife. For our 10 years anniversary..and .they arrange everything. There's a big Mall at walkingdistance en lots eateries near ..Next the Condo There'sa Koreanrestaurant....I recommend this condo if you dicite to stay a few days in the Davao City Philippines...

No cutlery, no crockery. Had to have breakfast in the room for some reason, but it was always cold. Couldn't have juice and coffee, one or the other. Only one small cup of coffee with sugar. I don't like sugar. Pool much smaller than it looks on photo.. Couldn't really swim on some days because there were weddings and access was through the wedding ceremony and there were photographers around the pool.

Staff were friendly. A big room with fridge and microwave, dining table and sofa, 2 x TV. Easy access to supermarket and mall.

no infinity pool. it should be stated on their site that it's under maintenance. the bathroom is clean but I just noticed a little dirt on the toilet bowl though it's fine. The guards told me I should pay the 500 PHP parking fee when we were about to leave. It's stated on our reservation that it's already included but I contacted customer service and it was resolved. What if some customers did not clarify it to the hotel or booking.com customer service and they were charged more than expected? I think they should have a telephone in the basement or a paper that the customer's parking is free to avoid inconvenience. But overall, the staff are friendly.

the room is just like in the photo. there's Netflix. the breakfast is good. The Wi-Fi connection is good. there's a hot shower.

The pool on the sixth floor wasn't good enough. There are no pool chairs or other facilities that we could use to relax.

It takes a while for reception to answer. Room service takes a while. The hallways were not air conditioned.

The unit had complete and beatiful amenities. Situated at the top floor. You have fantastic views of Davao City scape. Room was large and spacious. It was right beside Abreeza so it was very convenient.

I was expecting a buffet breakfast but instead a packed plate (Silog) menu with limited options to choose from. No bathroom mats available to wipe water spills in the bathroom floor. No available box facial tissue instead a thin toilet roll is available only. Balcony is not clean with lots of spider and spider eggs and webs. Complementary free water served once only even though booked for more than 1 night.

The Pool is clean and not crowded.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. It was spacious, neat and tidy. I was amazed cause it looks small on the picture but in personal it is really spacious. Location wise, it was excellent near the mall and other facilities. Staffs were accomodating. Nephews and nieces enjoyed swimming at the pool.🥰 Overall we had a relaxing stay @Aeon Towers
