We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, spacious room with all the comforts of a long stay. Cafe kitchen served a variety of Asian and Western meals and did not disappoint. Would stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious and clean with great views over the surrounding mountains (on the North side). The Cafe serves really good SE Asian and Western meals. A very nice alternative to other well established hotels in Lae.

Papua New GuineaImprove on the online booking so it cuts down on reservations processes especially for those who are travelling into Lae from other centers or overseas.
Your online booking not working and had to come physically to reserve and pay for the room. The level of service was excellent, and I had no issues. The young lady at the reception desk that evening of 17th May 2024 was very helpful and hospitable. Just ensure that the air-conditioning and TV remote controls are working. I could not watch movies as the TV remote control wasn't working but it's not an issue.

AustraliaI was flying in from POM to LAE and had my flight delayed from 4.30pm to 8pm. However I had my elderly aunty meeting me at LCH and staying overnight with me prior to going up to the village with her. I wanted to pay reception at LCH from POM airport so that my aunty could check in. LCH management would not allow this request and made my poor aunty wait from 2.30pm to 1030pm in the lobby. When I eventually got to reception due to late flight and literally took 30 seconds to pay accom bill. Very poor business practices and I do not recommend staying here in the future.
Location was the only good thing going for this place.

New Zealandrooms needed deep cleaning the bathroom curtains were falling down and the showers grout was horrible. Looked mouldy and dirty. Couldn’t get clear reception on the TV at all

AustraliaThe TV was very poor, all channels were not adjustable. The bath towel was not provided for two guests as per my booking which was done 4 weeks in advance.. I had to ask twice and delivered 3 hours after my first request. I left a bag of lollies and chocolate in room after checked out and called front desk to pick later, few hours later went back to hotel, 3 X chocolate bars were missing and only packs of lollies were in the bag. Nobody would own up missing chocolates which I bought in Cairns, Australia.
