    Very Very Poor wifi services, speed is very slow. Food is very normal. Ordinary western breakfast. Every hotel has the same taste.

    this is very classy hotel middle of downtown Port Moresby with ocean views both sides of the hotel . Great pool and bar within easy reach to restaurant.

    The steak that I ordered for dinner was too small and the Wifi wasn't working so I didn't access the Wifi

    What's not to like? Everything was great! Loved the letter in our rooms letting us know about the hotels renovation making us feel even more special.

    The experience of the room and balcony. View was amazing both sea and harbor. Staff at reception so friendly. Thanks Jerian for always making us feel welcomed. Such a home away from home!

    The place needs a bit of updating, otherwise everything was more than fine.

    Very pleasant stay. Great staff. Good value for money. Amazing views. Well equipped gym.

    Took forever to check in. People seemed very slow to do nothing. Breakfast buffet cuts cheese etc into tiny pieces. Bacon is extremely fatty. Seem like you pay 5 star price for 1 star quality food. I would not buy such garbage at home. Seems that the management begrudges every penny they spend on customers.

    Cleanliness, service, construction is going v on and will ease you up at 7AM. Drinking water need to ask every day. Over charged the price.

    Don't stay on the harbor view side, it can be noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with street and night club fighting and gunfire. The pool is not very nice, too small, Ok for kids. Sometimes the management books all restaurant seats for convention guests which is the height of bad manners. Also beware paying for the executive floor because when that is booked, the management just kicks you out. This is a fatal flaw with this hotel. It would not be tolerated in the USA or Europe. To displace long term paying guests from facilities like the pool or restaurants in favor of people who are not even sleeping at the hotel is stupid, infuriating and extremely rude. It makes you feel like you as a paying guest are a damn nuisance. Very hurtful.

    This is my home away from home. Security is very important and is first class at this hotel. The staff cannot be faulted. Great views, good food, comfortable beds. If there's a problem, the management sorts it out quickly. Nice gym, good location for walking, jogging but dont carry a phone or camera unless you are escorted by security. Walking distance to eateries next to the harbor, also a decent supermarket. The place is being upgraded which looks very well done.

    Disappointing New Year Eve's Stay

    1. Waited 60 mins to actually checkin. Reason for delay was staff were still doing 'finishing touches'. 2. Checkin staff blunder. After we had settled into our suite. We were shocked and bewildered to encounter another guest who was allocated the same suite. We had to uncomfortably send with back to reception. It was embarrassing for us guests. 3. It was a premium suite at K1500/night. But the carpet was stained and very bad odour. We had to buy a air fresher. The couch set seemed old and dirty. Aircon was not working very well. 4. Restaurant staff very slow. After 30mins of ordering ala cart menu. We found out that our order was not even registered.

    1. Seaview from Premium Suite at Floor 9 was excellent. Comes with a balcony. 2. Restaurant manager gave us a complimentary lunch and apologised personally for the unpleasant restaurant mishap the next day.

    Lift was out of order , no message from hotel management informing customers about the lift issues We were stuck for nearly one hour trying to find our way down from 5th floor which caused us to be late in attending our evening event. Air condition was also an issue , remote control was not available

    Fridge and telephone missing in first room. They moved me to other room which was dirty with leftover food on balcony and very noisy electrical issue in bathroom which made it hard to sleep in. Then they accidentally checked me out for no reason while I was working outside. Just confused lady at reception executed this for no reason and exposed my luaggage and private stuff in lobby. Very embarrassing experience. Then they moved me into other room where the AC was broken. In summary many Management issues..

    We arrived with a Booking reservation and when arriving they said we had not reservation and they were totally booked. After 4 hours waiting, we got finally a room. We were tired and travelling for the whole day. I still do not understand how could it happen not to have our reservation when I show them the booking reference We asked them for free dinner and breakfast and we got it.

    It was nice hotel, although the pool wss closed.

    Almost everything. Good working front desk (Miss Dorothy), good working guest relations (Miss Crystal), great managers, super bar, real coffee, excellent food, good working house keeping, comfortable beds, super view.

    1. We booked sea view but when we checked in, room was not available 2. We waited for two hours as there was no room available 3. After waiting for two hours, at 4 pm, they gave us a different room 4. Receptionist was not polite 5. Customer service was bad, disrespectful personnel 6. Different information being said 7. Complimentary drinks provided but promised freebies due to late check in & different room given was not fulfilled 8. Sofa does not smell good
