the service was amazing, the entire staff super friendly. Our flight was at 6pm and they offered us a beach villa with pool to wait from 11 am to 5 pm. The beach attendants were extremely cordial. At departure the bell boys were playing Polynesian music in the golf car. We will return soon back!

Exceeded our expectations at every turn. Hotel and staff we above and beyond. It is absolutely gorgeous here, and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Would recommend to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I must comment on the absolutely exceptional courtesy and kindness of the staff at St. Regis. Of course the staff tries to impress their guests with their attentiveness but that is true at many places. What I found unusual, perhaps unique about the staff at the St. Regis was the way they attended to my 14 year old daughter who was born with multiple disabilities, one of which is that she requires pureed foods. I made sure before we left that we would be able to attend to this need at the St. Regis but we are always a bit anxious about it. There was no need to be. Not only did the staff at the St. Regis say they would provide us with a blender if necessary, not only did they agree to blend food in their very nice restaurants, but when we would show up for dinner, they would already have a special meal planned for her even without our asking. It literally brought tears to my eyes seeing how kind and generous and agreeable and accepting the entire staff was of my daughter. We like to travel as a family, we like to include my daughter when we do things as a family but, on many occasions, we have been unable to travel together with one of us staying home to care for my daughter. We often approach travel with her with some apprehension since her special needs do make travel more difficult. We had no such issues at the St Regis. The whole staff, Vairupe, Kassidy, Ida, Diana, Corentin, Laura, and many I never learned the names of treated my daughter exceptionally well and anyone who treat my daughter well earns a special place in my heart. To the staff at the St. Regis, thank you.

St Regis was one of the 3 resorts we stayed at during our honeymoon. It was the middle stop, and as we had amazing experience in the first resort already we did not expect big surprises, but St Regis managed to exceed our expectations. The kindness and services of the staff is outstanding. We felt like every single staff member cared of us. We had amazing experience at the Lagoon restaurant (we have enjoyed few Michelin star restaurants and Lagoon is definitely at that level). I also loved the morning coffee service at our overwater villa.

My only complaint is that the cocktails were very expensive and very watered down, so you kind of wind up paying $25 for a glass of crushed ice. But that is literally the only negative thing I can think of and I would recommend this resort to everyone!

Everything was amazing! The setting, the food, the staff, the spa, all fantastic. The best vacation of my life! We can’t wait to come back!

Concierges could have been more a bit more helpful! They seemed to just stick to activity booking and were rather transactional but I guess it’s because the butler handles everything else.

We loved our stay at the St Regis BB. The resort is beautiful and very large - it doesn’t feel crowded or like there are a lot of people around. They provide bikes which are so fun to take around! The overwater bungalows, beach, and pool are all beautiful and well designed. The bungalows are huge and very clean- feels like an extremely nice hotel room that happens to be over the water. The staff are incredible esp at the beach/pool and the butler service which helped us with everything we needed! Food was excellent. We generally don’t like a very “resort-y” feel and SRBB had a very nice balance of being a luxe resort but without being cheesy.

Breakfast is at the level of three-star hotels. From tropical fruits 3x in 10 days, papaya and sometimes pineapple. Otherwise watermelon, grapefruit, 2x in 10 days orange, but otherwise banana and apples in pieces? Even in 3 star hotels in the tropical belt, you get more tropical fruit. Everything else regarding breakfast is also at this level. Regarding the staff, it can be seen that they do not have any training. Even with room service, it can be seen that there are no protocols, that there is no training. You get a different service every time. Sometimes bread and butter, other times not. Sometimes water, other times not and so on. In general, Bora Bora has beautiful nature, but I notice that everything is much worse than it was 25 years ago. The opposite is true for the Maldives. It's getting better there every year.
