The pool was large however needed maintenance (paint) on the pool bottom. Could have been more pool loungers.

Our suite was very spacious, gorgeous bathroom and large patio overlooking the grounds and ocean. Very nice restaurant, especially overlooking the ocean.

The room itself had some annoyances: there are quite a few things broken, such as toilet flush button, AC dripping on the floor. You don't expect that in such a hotel / room, but not a big deal. Kitchen was missing a lot of stuff. Patio chairs old and semi broken.

We had the Royal Suite with private pool overlooking the ocean. The room is so close to the ocean that the waves will keep you up, if you are not used to it. I did not mind, but some of my crew did :) Room was huge! We arrived late from a flight that landed at 7PM. Hotel room was ready for us, but the extra bed was not. We had to request extra bedding for the 5th person in the room. Took a while to get it right. On the positive side: View was amazing, room was nice and accommodating with nice patio, and pool. Good value for the money.

Price of the buffets was far too expensive when I can barely eat a full plate.

The service from Room Service. The person taking my order didn’t really know the dishes very well causing me to return my meal which ultimately gave me a stomach ache. They recooked it. I regret to eaten it.

Is quite far and there is no much around, the beach is not the best either so one night here is more than enough.

Large Room had ocean view with separate sleeping and sitting areas. Bathroom has separate Shower and soaking tub. Beautiful grounds and large pool.

There is only one restaurant on the property, which was overpriced compared to going into town. The food was good, but limited selection. There are no other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It's much better to go into town for your meals if you can.

The room wasn’t very clean. The couch had crumbs and there were spider webs in the corner. The restaurant food was average.

The property is beautiful. The view and beach were great. The bed was comfortable, the room large. The front desk staff were wonderful, extra helpful. I really appreciated them, they made our stay much better.

quality of the food. really poor for a 4 star hotel. breakfast (we only took this once); veggy omelet with some ham leftovers of the previous preparation in it. ordered latour chardonnay for lunch, which tasted sweet as lemonade. probably they gave something else.

The bed was a little firm for our liking but still comfortable.

Toni and the other man on reception with him were exceptional. They were both friendly, helpful and very fluent in English which we were so grateful for as we had struggled with this at the Hilton earlier in our vacation. Infact, even the Porter Nui? had excellent English and was very helpful. The black sand beach is stunning and unique with soft sand, crashing waves and beautiful views of mountains fading into the distance. Our room was comfortable and quite large with a generous balcony too. They also had a great sized pool.
