My recent stay at Caesar Hotel Muscat was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming smile by Miss Shine Gila at the front desk. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable were truly commendable. The hotel itself was good with nice location and impeccable service throughout. The room was spacious, well decorated, and provided a beautiful view of the surroundings. I cannot thank Miss Shine Gila enough for her kind assistance, welcoming face, and attention to detail that truly made my stay memorable.

The location is not that good especially if you're checking out early as it's not close to the main roads but on regular times, it's easy to find a taxi. Breakfast is average, and no variety given we stayed multiple days.

The service from the staff, from the receptionist, housekeepers and kitchen staff are all exceptional. The bed is comfy, I was able to sleep properly. The chairs are huge and very comfy to sit in.

Expect Mr Saif at reception and Mr Riadh which were very lovely and helping us very much , everyone else weren't really acting lovely and nice , they should be kinder I suppose as they work in a hotel. And the breakfast wasn't very international they should work on their breakfast though it was delicious

Location was closed to a dozen of good restaurants and vibrant part of the city , also the comfort of being able to smoke for smokers as well as having none smoking rooms at the same time

The security guy behaviour is very bad at Monday night he stopped our left suddenly asked something like this we were terrorist. Room facilities is good but The Room was smelling. Slippers were not available there.

Hotel price is good and location very nice everything is available walk-in distance

the room was dark, no slippers were available and only one power socket was in the room, otherwise, you should use the refrigerator socket, there is no password for the WIFI in the room and you have to ask the pass from the reception. the phone number of the reception was not available in the room also

the room was comfortable and really clean. The hotel location is perfect. I lived in Oman for 4 years and this location has access to the most important locations and malls in Muscat

The gym is bare and hardly usable. Machines are broken, and barely any weights to use. Not ideal. 2 separate occasions where room cleaning opened my room door, without waiting for a response. One where my wife was still in bed. Very distasteful

The 2 men at reception were great. Cleaning staff was also polite and helpful. Good location and WiFi was available.

There is no enough space for car parking in front of the hotel and no underground parking. The breakfast is nearly not there 😅😅. No coffee, no sausages, only salads and beans with tea and milk. No swimming pool.

A spacious clean rooms with all facilities, location is perfect near to a lot of malls and centre of the city. Very good staff. Rapid check out.

this is actually not Hotel. it is brothel with hotel coverage. at the midnight the guys bring prostitute girls to their room and do their job! with loud voice as you shame to hear. realy i waked up because of theire voice. floor 2,3,4 specialy for prostitue and definitely not good for families.
