Great staff - very helpful in terms of advise to navigate Pokhara and surrounding treks - good contacts for taxi, travel guides, late-night fixes such as internet issues - the service and response was quite prompt and the apartment was squeaky clean and beautiful overall! Loved the thought given to windows and open-spaces - the outer garden area is also a bonus

The doors of the balcony can’t be locked. In the morning it’s a bit noisy because I can hear people talking loudly several days in a row.

What I liked most about this hotel was the behaviour of the hotel staff. The bedsheet is clean and the wifi is fast.Providing the complementary bus Park drop.

We did not get Air Conditioning working in the Triple room we booked. But they compensated us with a drop service to bus station.

Welcomed us with a big smile and welcome drinks. Manager of the hotel packed our breakfast for our trip back to Kathmandu and this was thoughtful of them. Also they arranged a drop service for our group to the Tourist Bus Park. Rooms had good facilities with all amenities. We could enjoy our balconies in night. Front yard is beautiful and organized. Night view of the hotel is soothing. They contacted with us over WhatsApp and were very responsive. They also booked our ticket from Kathmundu to Pokhara without any question.
