Windows open to an inside space, so you can't really vent your room. Room is very dark, if you drop your phone, good luck finding the light switch in the night. Noise isolation is not perfect, but they give ear plugs. During the week days, I didn't had to use them.

Stayed in the room 505 during weekdays. Convenient location, nice breakfast. Staff is pretty awesome and allow you to check-in late (key box outside the building). You can check-in online beforehand as well. Spacious bathroom!

It's a bit noisy at weekends but the hotel is located on the main square so to be expected.

All the rooms were modernised and much nicer than on the pictures. Great central location.

The hotel was brand newly renovated, all is clean and super new. The location is super comfortable. The interior design is very cozy.

The friendliness of the receptionist could be a little friendlier. For example, asking if everything was to your liking and whether we had a nice stay. (This was all fine by the way) But there could be more interaction with the guests.

Very nicely renovated room. Nicely made beds. Everything cleaned. Clean tidy bathroom. Very extensive and delicious breakfast.

I stayed on a Friday night and had a litle trouble getting to sleep as the sound from a nearby disco was audible until the small hours. It was only in the morning that I noticed that a small packet on the desk contained earplugs!

A very well appointed hotel in a central location in the lovely town of Heerlen, where the whole town centre is pedestrianised. The staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the impressive restaurant.

There needs to be some type of a luggage rack or place to put your belongings There's no way to check in earlier than 3:00 p.m.

It's in a very nice location with many cafes and pubs. And their hotel itself has a very lovely restaurant.

Scrambled egg looked burned. And more seriously, the mattress sagged in the center and it's hardly comfortible.

The overall facility is very nice for the small compact room I paid for.

The single room is very small ( 405) and the window has no view. The room interior was outdated, but they will be refurbishing the place in the new year.

Centrally located right in the middle of bars shops restaurants. Mind you: if you are not sound proof this is not the place for you: partying goes on even past midnight. Bathroom is good size and clean. Bedsheets were clean.

The only issue we had was the rooms were very warm with no fixed air conditioning. Also there was a delay to checking in as the hotel Wi-Fi failed. This was soon resolved however and we were offered tea and coffee while we waited.

The hotel is in a great location and close to secure parking. The hotel building itself is quite old but in reasonable decorative order. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we had a dinner for a group of 11 in the evening which was also exceptional.

Stadshotel is located at the heart of the city centre. Had an issue with the room given to me, but the issue was fixed by giving me a change of room.

We were there on a Friday night in summer which meant the cute square is also a busy one till deep in the night. The hotel offers earplugs for the light sleepers, so that is thoughtful.

The excellent and warm service of the staff. Cindy really made us feel at home and spoiled. The location on a cute square in the heart of the city was also nice and provided many restaurant options for drinks and dinner.

There was festival for the weekend I stayed, it was loud music until 3-4 am near the window. Church bells go wild at 7 am, Church near hotel.

Lovely place, enjoyed it.
