Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI liked that it was close to Centraal Station and very easy to find. . The apartment was very spacious, clean. The sofa bed is big and could accommodate 1 adult and 2 x children easily(I traveled with grandparent and kids). There is a supermarket only 10 minutes away which we used daily. The only issue I had with this place was the signage outside. . Maybe I wasn't thinking properly and didn't use common sense. I didn't know which door it was as there was no name outside of the apartment ( there was on the other doors) and we had problems with the key(online) to get in a couple of times. However on the last day we where there they changed the system which is great. So now you can just press the codes outside the door and voila. Done. Would I stay here again? Absolutely On a rainy day it was great because the science Museum is only a few minutes walking and my kids loved there.

United KingdomThe kichen is basic, as others reviews have said. I had to watch my phone battery all day (using maps & taking photos) to make sure we could get into the apartment building & apartment.
The apartment had lots of space, light, was comfortable & well located with a grocery store around the corner. The communication I had with the company who owns the apartment was excellent.

The location of the apartment was fantastic; great view of Nemo Science museum and short walk to the central area of Amsterdam. I would certainly enjoy a return visit to the city and the apartment! The apartment was more spacious than I had imagined it would be and the kitchen was well equipped. We all found the beds very comfortable.

United KingdomGenerally was fine but a few things could have made the experience so much better. Lack of a toaster- which mean we had to ask the host to provide us with an extra pan to toast the bread. There was only 1 black bin bag provided for a week's stay- could have done with another one to avoid overflowing the bin. No separate bin for recycling waste/ plastic/ glass. Not great for the environment. Could have done with either a small vacuum cleaner or a broom/ dust pan to keep the apartment tidy, especially as it can get a bit messy with kids. Only 2 small toilet rolls for a family of 4 for a week was not enough. We managed to buy our own. No facilities to wash clothes in the apartment. So, make sure you have enough underwear. Possibly a one off issue, but there were workers coming in one day to drill holes to put in electric cables, another day there were people inspecting the smoke alarms and then someone else came to check if the door locks were working ok. Each time, we were doing something as a family and felt it was slightly inconvenient. Sofa bed was not very comfortable although the kids found the smaller beds were fine. Pillows were large and square, could have done with the usual rectangular ones we are used to.
Location: Convenient and beautiful location about 10 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal Train station from where you can get a direct train to and from Schipol airport. Easy to get to Tour operators if you wish to go on City tours or River cruises. Nice view of the Harbour and Nemo science centre. Shops are at a walkable distance. Apartment: Convenient access to the apartment via code on your phone. Also had plastic key cards. The flat was decent and had an open kitchen/ dining/ living room and another bedroom. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, sink, garbage bin and a set of plates/ cutlery for a family of 4. Dining table in the open plan room, a TV with mostly Dutch language programmes (the kids didn't really mind as long as it was cartoons on TV). The sofa converts to a sofabed in the open plan room. Another smaller room has 2 single beds, a cupboard for clothes, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Bathroom is clean and has a sink. Shower is over the bath tub with good water pressure. Towels are provided. The toilet is tiny and located near the entrance hall. It does the job. The staff were friendly and communicated quickly via Whatsapp messages.

United KingdomLift didn’t work most of the time which was a shame as we were on the third floor so had a good leg workout! Felt a bit rushed out the door as we had men in the apartment testing the fire alarms and housekeeping at the door about 10:30 when check out wasn’t until 11:00.
Great location with amazing views. Plenty of space for 6 adults. The admin staff were very good at answering any queries promptly and keeping us updated prior to the stay.

United KingdomI didn't like that we only had electric keys as some of our party couldn't have them on their phone which meant we had to all come back together. We were offered key cards on the day but they didn't work , they were supposed to come back the following day. We were told a double bed would be at the apartment and this wasn't the case. Stairs are a bit risky if you have anyone not to steady in their feet. The building would benefit from a vending machine or something similar.
The amount of space was good and the facilities it had in the apartment. Sofa bed was very easy to use.

United KingdomCould have done with more things like a toaster, hooks to hang coats. I’d also suggest oiling doors and the sofa bed to reduce squeaking. Kids kept waking up every time a door opened or they moved in bed.
Lots of space. Good location and great view over the NEMO and harbour. Everything you need as a base for visiting Amsterdam.

Unfortunately the TV was not a smart TV, so there was no way to watch YouTube videos or Netflix etc. Additionally, the digital channels built in didn't work very well. However I know this wouldn't affect most people as people are usually out all day. But in the evenings after we got back, it would have been nice to put something on.
The location is fantastic, and the apartment itself is very sizable. Good facilities and very comfortable! The self check in worked perfectly too and seemed very secure. Amazing apartment and will definitely use again.

Australiathe digital keys system was fairly inconvenient for us as travellers from australia, we ended up having to purchase a temp sim card on account of no data. thankfully someone dropped of some key cards the next day. Although this was hardly the fault of the property - it is not easily accesible via taxi or uber as they are unable to stop in front of the apartment. On account of this I probably wouldn't recommend the property for someone who is mobility impared. The place also did smell a bit of smoke - though that can hardly be helped in Amsterdam I'm sure.
The apartment was stunning and had a lot of character! It also had a great view of the harbour and was fairly close to the city centre and the main train station. It was also fairly spacious despite the rooms being small.

To enter building/apartment we used smart lock working via web, very convenient! Perfect apartment for few days stay, almost in the very center but quite (our windows were to the yard). Sound isolation was fairly good, we did not hear other apartments
