You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is simply a beautiful piece of history that you can spend a few nights in, while enjoying amazing food and wine in the restaurant for dinner. The breakfast shouldn't be missed either.

My wife and I have travelled over 80 countries and the Chateauhotel De Havixhorst is likely the best accommodation we have ever had the privilege of visiting. And the restaurant and dining was just as exceptional. Truly a place worth making a special trip for.

Amazing little gem 💎. Beautiful surroundings with great art. Really a place to get away from it all. Super friendly staff, feels like coming home. The restaurant has an excellent cuisine, my compliments for the chef. The duck liver in water melon still amazes me. And their wine selection is great. Price quality is top notch, am used to pay much more for this type of quality. Spacious, clean and luxurious rooms. A garden full with amazing statues. All in a setting of nature and tranquility. Never seen so many different species of birds in one place. Was there with my partner, who was flabbergasted by the romantic atmosphere. Certainly a place I will soon return to.
