Nothing, it was perfect!

It was such an amazing place to stay! When you look at it from the outside, you don't really expect anything as it's just a wall with a gated door. Even when you first walk in, there's a really long hallway with full length mirrors but that part of the hotel isn't really used. However, when they walk you through, it's beautiful! The way it is decorated, the structure and the old style building, it's amazing. The room itself was a different room than we booked however, we were still happy with it so we didn't complain or anything. The size was adequate for a couple and it had air con. They provided us with a big bottle of water and allowed us to fill up with filtered water at anytime, free of charge. The bathroom was nice, the shower was huge, the water pressure of the shower was good too. The breakfast was amazing! Every single day we were given an unreal breakfast. On top of all this, the staff were amazing too. The main lady there was so nice and so friendly, it was really nice. She always looked after us and always helped us whenever we wanted. She would arrange things for us when we wanted and made sure we were always ok. The swimming pool is actually smaller than it looks in the picture, but it's still nice to just take a little dip in and sit and enjoy the weather. The location itself is excellent. It's just a few roads off the main area so you get a nice quiet sleep, but minutes walk away from everything else. It's close to restaurants, bars and many more. It was just a really nice hotel to stay in and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast didn't quite live up to other reviews, it was nice but we had nicer in other places in Nicaragua. Would also have liked if they had offered pool snacks or lunch options

Loved this hotel, pool and garden setting were beautiful and so relaxing, room was really comfortable. Staff were great. Also loved the information pack we got. Gorgeous stay. In general the hotel was really clean and so relaxing. One of my favourite I have stayed in for a small city hotel.

Having the toilet open with the bathroom, no privacy in case you're staying with someone else... Probably the only issue with the room.

Everything was excellent.

The staff at the hotel are really great and hospitable, they gave recommendations for day trips and helped arrange drivers for me and my friend (even after our stay had ended)! They were also very flexible with our changing plans, which was very helpful. Love the vibe of the hotel, everything is clean and the space is beautiful, also love the Nicaraguan breakfast they serve--would definitely recommend.

The location can feel a little remote, especially at night but we always felt safe. The coffee-maker in the common area could use a little clean-up.

Monica was welcoming and gave us all the information required. The room was clean and purified water was available to us at all times. The breakfast was really good with a full fruit plate no matter which breakfast option you take. We also booked a great and affordable tour to Masaya volcano through the hotel.

A superb option in charming Granada. A very spacious room, beautiful garden. Staff very friendly and accommodating, from front desk, kitchen to other workers onsite. We also booked tours via the front desk and the guide Juan was super caring, knowledgeable and kind. We will be back for sure.

The breakfast was very good and the selection was great. For me personally, I would have preferred orange juice as a choice rather than the options available. Location was good. Quite close the main square. They had bikes you could use free of charge, and they organized tours for us. Bed was comfy, room was clean. They provided extra pool towels and there were several places to relax and hang out including a roof top terrace with hammocks. Overall it was very nice with lots of vegetation to definitely make it feel like you were in a secret garden.

Rooms are smaller than they appear in the listing pictures. We could hear every word when someone was on the phone at night. The parking for the car was a 5 min walk away and managed by a sketchy person who charged USD5 for leaving the car there and another USD10 when picking up the car.

Nothing, it was perfect

Location, it felt very safe. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main square but we never felt unsafe. We typically took the street that led right to the church/square as it was busier (leaving the hotel turn right than left the first street) The grounds were amazing and the pool was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Took tours arranged by the hotel and we were very satisfied with them. Breakfasts were fantastic and very filling. Room was comfortable and spacious Great value for all that you got!
