Laundry service is a little pricey as they charge by the piece instead of by weight.

Location is excellent and the room is perfectly furnished. Very charming and the bathroom actually had hot water. It was just perfect.

Beds were a bit hard and pillows flat but fine for a few nights. Everything else was excellent.

The property is beautiful in a great location. Staff was amazing including car service from airport and to San Juan del Sur. I would definitely recommend and stay again when in Granada.

Our air conditioner broke and leaked on our stuff. The owner and staff were quick to fix the problem.

My only comment is that a mini fridge in the room would have been very welcome.

Great location in a street parallel to the Main Street but far enough away to avoid the music from bars, within walking of the front and the main park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A choice of breakfast options are served in the courtyard which is peaceful and shaded. A pick up service is available to and from Managua airport.

Beautiful historical property one block off the main rambla. Staff very friendly and speak very good English. Parking available around the corner for $4US/day. Our room was located right off the pool so a little noisy in the evening with people sitting around chatting. Four choices available for the included breakfast , excellent fresh juice! No restaurant but staff gave us very good suggestion for good restaurants near by. Good airconditioning, good hot water, great wifi.

Excellent hotel , located three blocks from the central square. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Airport pick-up went really well and was US$40. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Granada.

Room was a bit small but hey - its a colonial villa in Granada.

Excellent Staff with owner on site. Everyone was well trained in exceptional service and the "small details were everywhere. Great resources for tours and the "inside scoop". Breakfast was excellent and that overall layout of the property was very high end for the price. A real value and gem in Granada. We planned on one night but extended to three nights because it felt like such a nice "home base. Location is perfect - its good to be a few streets over from the main "mayhem" noise of the main square and bar street.

It's just the perfect hotel at the perfect spot. Maybe the beds are a bit firm, but in the tropics that's often a plus, because of the heat...

This Hotel is a oasis in the center of Granada. The beautiful old patio's represent the traditional style of a Nicaraguan home and the cultural background of it's people. The breakfast was excellent, staff were great and the gardens kept meticulously. The location is excellent for exploring the city, at just the right walking distance to be out of the noisy main street. The pool is a bit small, but perfect for a splash after a hot day. There's also excellent wifi in all the rooms.

really small room, noisy - room window goes to the hallway. you hear everyone passing or noise from other rooms. although I believe that this applies to all colonial hotels in Granada. it’s just how the houses are built.
