The rooms are tastefully decorated and they have put a lot of thought behind the use of the bedrooms. I really enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside of my bedroom to enjoy the view--the closet was also great considering I have been traveling out of a backpack for months. It's a very lovely place and the owners are so attentive and kind.

Wonderful accommodations. Only thing that could be improved was the bed. It was a double and so it was a bit tight for two of us. Also was quite firm. That’s just a personal preference. There are no see ems, to be expected, so bring bug spray.

The owners were wonderful. Very hospitable and welcoming. They made exceptional food and tended to our every need. We had a special request for our stay, and they delivered. Wonderful accommodations right on the beach.

The rooms don't necessarily have wifi, but I think the reception does. I knew this and it wasn't a problem for me since I had a local sim card, but it's good to know

Constanza was the perfect host during my short stay, from giving general tips to helping me choose where to go for dinner (they have a restaurant on site, but you have to book in advance). My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is only a short walk away from Pic Nic beach.

We saw 2 cockroaches. The lower part of the wall is made of sea rocks, which adds to the sea style of the room. However there are little cracks in between these rocks where those little bastards hide.

Very nice and quiet location. You fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the ocean. Good breakfast and friendly hosts! Very spacious rooms provided with a square mosquito net, so you don't get tangled in it.

The wifi was only good if your room is close to the restaurant, but ours unfortunately was kind of far and we did not have wifi if we wanted to chill inside our hotel room.

The location of the hotel was very private and quiet. It is on the west side of the island where you the most number of options when it comes to restaurants so everything was very accessible from there. You also get the nicest beaches on the island nearby with very calm waters as opposed to the east side of the island. The hotel itself has a italian seafood restaurant managed by the owners themselves, which were very nice and very memorable people. Costanza was very organized and took care of everything when we arrived and checked in. She gave us recommendations and information about the island. The price is also not too much so I would recommend to people.

- the first night we had a rat and a dead cockroach in the bathroom (of course the location is in nature where these animals live, anyway was not pleasant) - a fan which is less noisy would be a plus

It's a little far away from the center. Therefore, transportation might take a while, but you definitely can walk.

So much could be done with the property, but I suspect that with only 5 rooms they will never be able to afford clean it up and refurbish things as needs to be done. Hopefully in low season they will clear some of the debris and untidy piles of things everywhere. The hurricane of Oct ‘21 has really set them back and several buildings need to be repaired or demolished.

The property is set on a lovely secluded point with a good white sand swimming beach very nearby. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Alejandro is an excellent cook. Be sure to have dinner there, the Italian wine by the glass is good too. It is very restful to sit overlooking the sea and to sleep to the sounds of waves. The rooms are quite rustic and in need of updating, be sure you are prepared for that. It is not a “resort” as described on the website. Sleeping is quite sticky without air conditioning. However it is quite a unique place with interesting hosts and a relaxed pace which makes up for it.
