Nothing. It was amazing. But.. It was a pity that it was soooo hot so the paint from the pool was melting on our swimsuits 😞 They said they are going to fix it next week, but be aware of that. Don't touch the walls if you're swimming!

Beautiful hotel. We loved the pool and our room was so nice and comfortable. Airco was working really well and we had a nice view on our balcony. Bathroom was nice and clean and breakfast was perfect! We definitely would come back again!

The location is great. It’s very close to pretty much everything. They have the gate and it feels safe. The hotel in beautiful, the pool is clean and also very pretty. The staff is professional and is amazing and super helpful. They helped us with directions and taxi and etc! Clean, have AC which is important !!! Will def stay again and will recommend to my friends :)

Incredible, peaceful space. Highlight of Granada for me. They have taken care of all the small details to make a traveler comfortable. I loved quality fresh breakfast in the morning, and my room had the nicest AC I’ve seen in Nicaragua

It wasn't the easiest to find with Google Maps. Could have a slightly larger sign on the wall.

Overall an amazing place. Very comfortable and quiet. The staff was wonderful! I just wish we would've had more time to enjoy the pool and relax. A quick getaway. Breakfast was great. They offered everything from fresh baked breads to yogurt to eggs and gallo pinto. perfect! Michael & Marcia were wonderful hosts as well!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Very well located, 10 minutes walk from the center. The swimming pool is large and refreshing. The vegetation of the site is luxuriant. The breakfasts are excellent, it is the owner who is Swiss who makes the bread which is like in a bakery. Finally, the hotel staff can easily arrange the necessary transportation to other cities, which can be practical. A perfect hotel in every way. We are from Quebec City (Canada).

The owners, Marcia and Michael and their staff were exceptionally hospitable. They had dining suggestions, transportation suggestions, even made us appointments for haircuts and pedicures! Breakfast was personalized and tasty. This was our first time in Nicaragua.

Everything about are stay was delightful. The breakfast prepared and served by Carla Nicaragua was delicious. The front desk was extremely helpful in arranging excursions and very knowledgeable about Granada etc.

We loved everything about Hotel Jardin!

I have traveled a lot and Hotel Jardin is without a doubt one of the best places I've stayed. Miguel and Marcia are superb hosts. They offered terrific recommendations and reservations were made on the spot. We would definitely return to Hotel Jardin on future travels to Granada.

I like how accommodating Michael and his wife the staff was they helped us order food. It was just a wonderful vacation probably one of my best vacations and hopefully we’ll get to come back again.

It was one of the best places I’ve stayed at for my 10 days away. Really enjoyed everything about the people the room the service it was fantastic. I would go there again anytime

Exceptional and friendly hosts made our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were outstanding with delicious homemade bread. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool and location was spot on. Thanks so much for the packed breakfast with our 5.30am departure on the last day.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well maintained, safe and nice hot water and very clean shower/bathroom. Lovely breakfast with homemade breads yogurt, eggs, beans and rice. The owners spoke English well (its a couple and he is Swiss and she is Guatemalan) and they were extremely helpful with information on tours as well as shopping and especially where to get a good massage -I highly recommend, it was awesome! The property design was so well done, beautifully landscaped which they did themselves and the construction was done so well down to the last detail and finish. Microwave, clean pool, drink fridge at front accessible 24 hours. 5-6 blocks walk to the main area which was nice because it was quiet. We would choose this hotel to stay at again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Hotel Jardin was absolutely wonderful!Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The owner was delightful and went above and beyond to assist us with our every need. The staff were all so kind and accommodating, the grounds were immaculate, breakfast was fabulous, the pool was pristine, our kids fell in love with the sweet animals, and we were all sad to leave! We would absolutely recommend to anyone making the trip to Granada.

It was a little bit of a walk to most of the restaurants, but not really very far.

The breakfast was generous with fresh fruit, eggs to order, and yogurt and granola. The pool was fantastic after a hot day walking around. Helpful staff with great restaurant recommendations. Help booking tours with no surcharges.

It’s a beautiful hotel, my room was very spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water, on the second floor with an amazing view to the Mombacho volcán! Included satisfying breakfast. A beautiful Pool for relaxing after a hot day of walking the city. It’s a very comfortable 10 minutes walk to the Central Park which will make it quiet and relax inside the property. The staff is very nice and sweet. The owners are an awesome couple who will give a lots of good suggestions to do around and they can help with setting up tours, transportation, etc. I had an amazing and very relax week, thanks so much!

Possibly a stronger Wi-Fi. But I know in areas of central market that is not always possible. I also realize my room was furthest away from the center of the hotel.

We were able to securely park our car, and to bring it early morning before we checked in that afternoon. The property and neighborhood are quiet and calm. The rooms, pool, staff, and breakfast were excellent. Also, in Granada, nice to be outside at a pool and yard in the middle of the city.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming - down to the dogs and cats that lounged by the front desk. It was truly an unexpected oasis in the middle of Granada. Beautiful, warm, comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will return again!
