This is hospitality! Tobi, Gaby and the crew know how to welcome guests and how to make a stay unforgetable. The warmth like being at home and the comfort (incl. tasty breakfast, laundry service and a full fridge) like being in a hotel. A absolute recommendation. And nice add-on: they’ve very cute animals. For us as big animal lovers that was a big pré, but for anybody who’s not a big fan of animals: no worries, because they only ask your attention when you request it. If not, you won’t be bothered by the fact they live there as well.

There were two ceiling fans, but no air conditioner, so the room was pretty warm. The room had two windows, but they were frosted and sat right on the walkway, so for privacy reasons, I kept the windows closed. This made the room a bit dark, but I was given a small bedside lamp on request, which I appreciated. The room had an old analog TV, not a flat screen or smart TV. I'm not a TV watcher, so I didn't care, but some people may. There was no desk in the room, so no place to sit and work or to eat. However, there are tables and chairs in the small dining area, so you can eat and work there if necessary, I really enjoyed my stay and wanted to extend, but they didn't have availability.

This lovely little hotel is in a good location less than a 10-minute walk to the main square and bus station. The young couple who own it are very professional and hospitable. She is Nicaraguan and he is Korean and English. Both speak excellent English (He grew up in England). There is a shared kitchen, and an included breakfast, which was tasty. My room was medium size with a closet, lots of hangers, and a full-length mirror. The ceiling is very tall, which gives the room a spacious feeling. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well. The bathroom is a bit dimly lit, but the shower felt wonderful. Several towels were provided. The hotel was quiet. I didn't hear my neighbors or any street noise.

    No compaints.

This was our favorite place we stayed during our trip of Central America. The hotel is as central as it is beautiful, with large clean rooms overlooking a garden. We saw no bugs. There’s a common room for breakfast, and every amenity you could ask for. A short walk from some of Granadas best restaurants, best views, a storefront with anything a traveler might miss or need, and conveniently, a gym across the street. The owners, Toby and Gaby, are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our stay a breeze. There is ample info and assistance for tours, transport, experiences, and you can even rent their scooter for the day, which we did to visit Apoyo lake. Their dogs and cats are adorable, the staff are super friendly, the traditional Nicaraguan breakfast is great. For the price, a clear 10 for value. Cannot recommend it enough.

If it had AC instead of fans it would be perfection.

The owners are super friendly and helpful with literally whatever you need. The breakfast was great and tasty. Our room was clean and big. There are two dogs and a cat living on the property. There's a fridge with dri KS that you can purchase on the spot.

Nothing - the place was great.

Hosts were both really friendly and helped us order a taxi and check out bags. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to reach the town. Breakfast was really nice and has a good selection of choices. Dogs on the property were friendly.

The rooms are extremely hot but we left the double doors open and they provided fans which did help a little. There is one dog who is a aggressive it came up to my friend growling and showing its teeth which can be a bit scary if you aren’t use to dogs, however we just ignored it and it walked away.

Great location, really friendly owners who let us store our bags a few nights earlier as we were going up into the jungle and didn’t want to take them. They provided us with mosquito spray and plug ins that really helped, I got no bites with them.

It can get quite warm in the rooms at night, despite the ventilator. We slept with the doors to the garden open, that was better.

Very kind staff. Owner helps arranging tours (for better prices than in town) and taxi's. Good breakfast is included, some fruit, coffee/juice and toast/gallo pinto. Rooms are nice. Location is perfect near cathdral and central park.

Granada is so hot and we booked a room with no aircon so it was very hot during the day. (I think other rooms at the hotel had aircon). The room only had big glass doors with no screens, which were lovely, but I didn't want to leave them open at night because of bugs so there was no airflow so it made it hot even at night. Some screens or aircon would have made the room almost perfect. I work remotely so a small desk would have been ideal also.

The room had a lovely outlook into the garden and was nice and spacious. Loved the high ceilings as well. Staff were helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was very central, close to nice restuarants and cafes etc.

    Love everything.

Room was wonderful, slept with the doors open, nice breeze, no bugs, and pleasant temperature. Location was great, like three blocks from the main street, easy walk to food, drinks and shopping. Our host was super helpful, she pointed us to the best food in the city and arranged for taxis to Volcano Mombacho and the airport. Las Mujares en la cocina were fantastic! Thanks for a great stay!
