I know the city is hot but the room was very hot. The fan was good but with only a small window and a metal roof it wasn't really enough and the room was very hot no matter what we did.

Nice place to stay in Granada - nice room and private bathroom. The pool was very good for a cool off in the heat of Granada! Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Check in and out was smooth. The place was in a great location for exploring the city and felt pretty secure.

The room was super hot and they didn't really clean the bathroom and we had used towels. We got clean ones immediately when we said they were dirty.

Location was perfect. It's okay for a basic hostel. Common garden is cute and there a some nice hammocks.

Considering the hotness of Granada, there should be AC’s in the room not fans. It is a must, otherwise you cannot sleep at all.

Our room was a hot box. Fans are included, but at rooms this cheap, you cannot expect air conditioning.

Excellent location. Excellent value for money. Kitchen available, small pool, not sure if laundry service available. Can drink tap water in the kitchen. Staff can arrange transfers.

Very nice stay and exceptional for the value! Excellent beds and accommodation, nice kitchen and kind staff. I loved the big safety boxes where you easily can fit big backpacks and stuff! Like I said, good value for the money!

There is a sign above the kitchen sink that says drinking water. Not all stomachs will be able to tolerate the water. Nicaraguan water is not bad like Mexicos water, but for some people, like myself and a dutch backpacker both got the stomach pains and cramps but my elderly mother and the other German lady in our dorm were fine. Also there are cats and kids on property that will want to engage with you often. If you are not fond or allergic to either of those, this would not be the place for you.

Basic hostel. Has what you need. Kitchen equipped. Wifi was pretty good. Multiple spaces to sit and work or lounge in hammocks. Plunge pool was a big help for cooling. As clean as you'd expect for what it is. Personal fans and lights on the beds. This is a traditional hostel, not a party hostel. There are families, there are old people, young people, seasoned backpackers, intrepid middle aged couples. People who are travelers not tourists. The majority of the guests, who were from all over the world, all knew hostel and communal stay etiquette and were considerate of others and containing their space.

No aircon in our room which we knew before we booked, but struggled with as it was so hot and stuffy at night trying to sleep even with the fan on. Pool could have been cleaner.

Nice courtyard with seating. Pool area was great, especially to cool down in the heat. We had a private room which was very clean and had everything we needed including towels.

The rooms were SO HOT. The weather was hot at the time too but the rooms were not well ventilated and just being in your room was unbearable. The kitchen could be cleaned by staff more often as there were lots of ants. And the fridge wasn’t cold enough and smelt really bad.

Our first room at the entrance to the hostel next to road. Hot, dark and noisy.

On arrival we didn’t like our room so staff happy to change it. Lovely little pool/sauna at the back of hostel out of the way.

Granada is a very warm city, it’s hard to find a comfortable place to stay inside the hostel, when the common areas are surrounded by walls and don’t let any wind in.

The worst beds we’d ever slept in. Incredibly thin mattresses, and extremely hot at night.

The driver on the volcano tour drove far too fast.

I had an inexpensive one-night room with street noise. The location was good, and the staff arranged a volcano tour that was reasonably priced.
