The front desk managers are courteous and helpful. They speak English. There is a small swimming pool to cool off a hot afternoon. Nice saloon for coffee, conversation and reading. The neighborhood is very tranqillo, and a short distance to the banks and central market.

Morning - the only thing I would say is there is not a lot to do in Granada

Everything was to like - exceptionally clean, great value for money at around 45 USD per night and the staff are great. It’s a small almost family run place but this adds to the great feeling here! Best place to stay in Granada

Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast included, clean comfortable rooms that have A/C, warm showers and cable. There is also a nice size pool and a bar. The location is very convenient...close to the central park and many restaurants. This place is a great value and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Not the hotels fault but I had to pay with my credit card and that cost me an extra $30 in tax - the equivalent of another room I could have paid for.

I had booked another hotel but was let down. Despite confirming my booking when I got there they said it wasn't now available. So I had to quickly find another place. I wanted a pool as it was so hot and I needed to cool down. It was probably the nicest hotel I stayed in the whole trip. The pool was outside my room. They had events on when I was there but for me it just added to the experience. I had to leave early and the chef put together some scrambled egg and bread in a box and a coffee even though it was outside their breakfast hours.Loved the pool.

Nice hotel in the centre of Granada, with good size rooms. After a full day of tours under the sun, we enjoyed the access to the swimming pool until 10pm.

Nearby church celebration that woke us up two days straight @5:00 am. , with gun shots for approximately 1 hour. A family with a screaming child in the early morning near our room.

We had some trouble unlocking our door sometimes but seemed to have got the hang of it by the end of our stay. Hoped the shower would be a little warmer but also normal in central America

Great value and great location. We extended our stay to enjoy the place a little longer. Pool is perfect for an afternoon swim. Breakfast was definitely worth it! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Breakfast we were given a choice of typical or eggs. No fruit. Small glass of juice. No cereals etc. Some dirt under bed. Charge to pay by credit card. No information/support to book trips.

The room was a good size, hot water and WiFi. Location near to main area. Nice late check out time. Quiet and good air con.

Felt slightly unsafe in some parts nearby, but was never an issue.

This place is great value for the money. It's close to everything and just on the outer edge of town. Rooms aren't big but given the price it's good, and has a fridge which isn't that common in our experience. Everyone is helpful and can pay an extra 10 for air con if you want it.

There was an A/C in the room, but I think because we had a special offer from Booking and therefore the room was cheaper than usualy, we didn‘t receive the remote for it.

Amazing location, the staff were so kind. Once we arrive and did check in 11am they gave each of us fast check in, which we were very happy after our long travel. Beautiful, calm place, good vibe, good people, the staff speak English. They have a pool, breakfast included with three different options! Yummy pancakes. The rooms are amazing, big, air-conditioning you feel like they really think of you, comfy beds as well! I slept so good! What else can I say?! Wonderful place!

the staff was excellent. Rooteeeeee the manager did a excellent job with helping me fulfill my needs. Breakfast which was included was excellent. the location was close to the main square which was nice to go down and watch the people entertain. Close walking distance to all things Granada. Truly a gem. would stay here again.
