Other then water, the hotel don’t have anything available as cold drink and snacks to sell. Which would be nice when you spend time by the pool. Some clients put their music very loud at the pool and I could hear it in my bedroom.

Everything was perfect, the staff Daniela and Luis were very kind and was very helpful. Daniela reserved for me the ferry to go to Ometepe, etc. My husband forgot his Ipad at the hotel and Daniela wrote me to tell me that the lady who’s doing the cleaning of the room found it. They kept it for us.

Beautiful old colonial building converted into a well equipped hotel right in the centre of Granada. The internal courtyards with their pools and flowers made a very pleasant place to unwind after a day of sightseeing etc.

This is a stunning property. The hotel is beautiful- the rooms are lovely, the pools are beautiful and the whole ambiance is lovely - bright, cheerful and colourful. The breakfast was fantastic - great food and great service - and the location was brilliant - right in the heart of town - close to everything including great restaurants. But it’s the team of people at the hotel who really excel- Laura, Daniella and Luis on the front desk, Stephen on the bell desk and Gretal and Judit in the restaurant - the whole team were friendly, warm and engaging. They couldn’t have taken better care of us.

Great location - I felt safe as a single female travelling walking home after dinner etc. The people that work here are lovely, friendly, and really helpful. They helped organise transportation for me for a couple of things I wanted to do. Breakfast is included and is tasty and a good size. Lovely to have the pool to cool off and the bedroom size is really good. I would highly recommend.

I literally stayed one night and I really wish I booked longer what a beautiful hotel! Considering you are in the city centre it feels very zen and peaceful and I love the style of the whole place felt like I was in a hotel in Bali by the decor and the staff was just so lovely and very helpful thank you

Lovely and well kept. Very friendly staff. Right in the center of Granada. First I got a room with just an small window facing the swimming pool, but I immediately received another room when I asked for one. Can definitely recommend

Seems to be a trend all throughout Nicaragua hotels/hostels, the pillows are not comfortable, bed was a little hard, but great size and we had a good sleep.

Location was perfect, exactly where we wanted to stay in Granada, less than one minute walk to the main square, market and horse carriages. The style, decor, pools and rooms were picture perfect! AC worked well, hot water for the shower, good water pressure!

The rooms were very nice, loved the entre colonial style, was all in very nice condición. Had two small pool which were refreshing. Front desktop was very friendly, but restaurant staff was just ok.

We hadn't realised the (great looking!) bar would be shut because we were off season...though as it was shut we were allowed to have a beer we bought from the nearby supermarket by the pool

Perfect Location Staff were really good, helpful and friendly Room + aircon were great, in a nice building Both breakfast options were delicious Clean warm pool It isn't a party hotel/hostel like some nearby slightly cheaper options, Hotel Colonial really suited us as a more tranquil base
