Beautiful property, well looked after with fantastic staff and made to feel very welcome. Amazing location, would highly recommend and would stay here again. Great food, pancakes and tostones were excellent.

It’s a lovely place with a sense for details and hospitality. The rooms are simple but clean and you get everything you need. The restaurant served really good food and the staff was super friendly.

Was a bit off the beaten path (tricky to get transport sometimes) and the power was out for quite a bit of our stay (but they had a backup generator). No AC in our room. Had to pay to get a bit of ice and water.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. The owners were friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious! The beach was wide and pristine!

Great place with pacific view. We were so impressed. In our opinion it was more beautiful than on the pictures on booking. We enjoyed the silence, beach walks, sunsets and the food.

Ocean is great to look at but not the easiest swimming, so would have preferred to have a pool. There were no bedside tables so we had to put everything on the floor or makeshift our own. There was so no reading light near the bed.

The location is absolutely amazing. The food and drinks at the restaurant was very high quality. The rooms had electric outlets on either of the bed, which was great. Definitely needed the AC.

The pillows were too thick for me, that's the only minor criticism I have. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great place to relax and enjoy the delicious food. The fish tacos were fantastic, so was the Frappuccino and the granola breakfast. I cannot wait to come back and spend more times there!

The rooms were very noisy because they are kind of open in some areas. No animals can come in but wind and noises are much louder because there is no thick wall everywhere. We have heard the street and noices from other visitors clearly.

Beautiful Hotel in a great area of popoyo. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast included. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful.

The bed wasn't the comfiest and the fitted bedding sheets kept coming off the bed and there wasn't a mattress protectant on it, which was a little gross. But this seems to be a common theme in Nicaragua. Keep in mind most everyone hand washes their laundry since the electricity is expensive out there.

Excellent fresh food made with love, great beachfront location, very cute and clean premises with hammocks out front, good value! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We decided to check out three days early and they even worked with us to refund the remainder of the stay, which was quite unexpected.

This property exceeded our expectations! Located right on the beach and walking distance to local surf spots. The staff were great and the rooms were clean & comfortable. We had an awesome stay with our two young boys & dog. Already looking forward to our next stay! :)

It is located in a rural area, with no access to grocery stores and nothing nearby. Food and beverages are a bit expensive for living in Nicaragua.

A quiet area for a family trip. Perfect design, beautiful rooms, and a nice common area.

The rooms are very small and although we had a room that slept 4 people, I would not have wanted to have to share such a small space with children or really anyone other than my husband, as there was very little room to move around in the room. As well, the restaurant was not open on which ever day it was we arrived (I believe it was either a Monday or Tuesday) which was rather inconvenient.

Great location and the beds were very comfy. We paid extra to have air conditioning and it was nice and cold. The bathroom had good water pressure for our shower.
